We slept so well because this hostel/pension has good windows and comfortable beds. It was very exciting! We were in the double room with our own shower. The water is warm and the heating is also. Extra blankets were handy like towels. The breakfast room is bright and has a view of the beautiful garden. Beautiful at sunrise and with their good coffee.

A Clean, Friendly House

This hostel is not in the centre but well worth the detour of under 1km. It has a few large rooms with  bunk beds and 3 apartments. We stayed in the 4 bed apartment which had its own bathroom and came with bedding and towels for 65 euros which is quite  reasonable if a bunk bed would set you back 11 or 12 or 13 euros each. The staff are friendly. Cooling facilities are limited to a microwave. Garden with chairs and tables in the back. Would come back.

Not in the centre but a good hostel 

It's very well received by the staff. It's a large, well-ventilated room. It's got great bathrooms. It has washing machines and drying machines for pilgrims to use. It's got a great rest area with great chairs in the back. It has a place for meals with free access and all the necessary infrastructure.

We booked the bedrooms with beds and they were very nice, all clean and with a few spacious bathrooms.The common areas offer tables for play, games and also have a large green area with armchairs, swingers and armchairs for if the weather permits, whoever wants to use them.The friendly and friendly staff treat.Recommended.

Buen albergue is also available.

I am a person with a disability, I used to use an electric wheelchair, the facilities are adapted and accessible, the treatment of the people at the hostel was great, very humane, make you feel at home, I would recommend 100% this hostel to anyone who makes the journey and more if you need it adapted.

Wonderful and wonderful.

Stayed in a private room with private shower.  Looked all new. Very clean and spacious room. Very nice bathroom as well. Reception very helpful and assisted us with phone calls for our follow on hostal as well as assistance with other phone calls. Highly recommended.

Wonderful hostal..

They don't take pets, just like they take their carts with them. As they themselves say in Google, the dog's place is the patio. We've filed a complaint in several places for them to withdraw the information that they take pets. Since anyone traveling with their pet, who can't be in the public areas and have to wait until 10 p.m. to lock it in a laundry room that's on the street and has the door punched, won't consider it a pet-friendly establishment.

There is no admission mascot - FALSE INFORMATION.

Stayed there last month and myself and another pilgrim were the only 2 there.  It was spotless and the hospitalera was wonderful.  Beautiful outdoor space, covered porch in case of rain and indoor relaxation area w/tv!  Would highly recommend for anyone walking the Camino Frances!

I found myself at the entrance of Melide to this structure which I instinctively trusted. And I did well. I found myself very well.

The Primitive Way

The hostel is very nice, cozy, clean. It is located on the street of the primitive path and a few steps from the center and from the most famous restaurants where you can eat octopus. The lady who runs the hostel is very kind and welcomes the pilgrims with great cordiality. The hotel is very new, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms functional and especially separate women and men.
