Our experience was disastrous. We booked two nights more than a month in advance. They explicitly told us that it was not necessary to reconfirm the reservation that everything was confirmed and secured. On the same day of arrival we learned that they had given our room to another client. And they booked us a room in a lower-quality hotel. Beware of this appalling management. We booked for the good reviews but they are a disaster with the reservations. I only write this review to warn future clients.

Booking two nights and finding out that the hotel has given your room to another client is the biggest disaster possible.

It was amazing for all intents and purposes, the treatment, the green room, the excellent breakfast, the tranquility, the price-quality ratio, the green room is inspiring, sleeping like a baby.

An oasis: San Nicolás and Molinaseca.

After 25 km of walking we arrive at this establishment where we are greeted by our very kind and welcoming host. French speaking. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Good bedding and heating. Functional shower room. Coffee and tea available in a common room. Terrace accessible to hang laundry. Evening meal prepared by our host and his wife: Spanish and Brazilian specialties. Entrance: chorizo and chops a delight. Sweet net dish of pork, rice, beans, carrots, peas and patella (the best patella tortilla on the way to this day). Chocolate noodles. We are served at home. Breakfast (a variety of herbal, fresh and fresh herbal, fresh, fresh, fresh, fresh, fresh, delicious, delicious, delicious, delicious and delicious)

Welcoming host and hostess!  Delicious home cooked Brazilian cuisine dinner and  Spanish style breakfast  We enjoyed your cosy place and their friendliness to us.  Thank you for hospitality.

Cosy atmosphere

After a long day on the Camiño this Casa was a welcome retreat. A super warm welcome at reception and a room perfectly designed for the weary pilgrim.
Great location close to the camiño and to all the various bars and restaurants.
Best of all it was great value for money.
Well worth a stay.

Very comfortable nights stay

This was probably the best hostal I stayed at during my camino, and it was such a treat to stay here after a difficult and long walk. Such a warm welcome from Jose, and my bedroom was so lovely with a garden view. Adored the attention to details (wicker basket of towels on the bed, bottle of water on the side table). Conveniently located (very near the main street and the camino route). Was served a delicious breakfast at the cozy dining area by the owners themselves. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay in Molinaseca

The hotel, has six rooms, three on the ground floor, and a small kitchen and a refrigerator, to heat something up, or to make a meal, and a patio with a few tables and three on the upper floor, with the kitchen and dining room, where the owners now prepare their breakfasts are very spacious and perfect, perfect room, clean and spacious, like the bathroom equally, very friendly owners, correct in every sense.

Perfect, like being at home.

The breakfast is spectacular and the treat...maybe, always waiting for everything José Luis and his wife, make you feel at home, in addition to having a perfect garden and a kitchen to make the stay more familiar.

An ideal place for a weekend getaway.

We booked a double room with a private bathroom and when we arrived we found that our room was occupied and we had to share a bathroom, so we went upstairs where the kitchen is, and in the morning we woke up to the noise of people having breakfast. Although they knew we were on our way, the heating was not on and it was very cold. The cleaning left us wanting the blanket and the cushions were very dirty. Finally it was next to the church and the clock rings every hour.

 Deception

My wife and I stayed in this excellent house, where we met the owners Mara and Zé Luiz who treated us with great respect and affection during these two days. Very well organized and clean house, exceptional breakfast. I recommend the visit, not only to the pilgrims from the Santiago walk, but to rest and have fun in this small town of Molinaseca. Congratulations!!! Soon we will be back.
