My family and I went to this hotel and restaurant today at 6:30 p.m. (a time when there were almost no people) to have a drink because we were visiting Muros. One of my family members had entered the establishment to see if we were being served on the terrace or if we were supposed to order at the bar. The waitress replied to my family member saying that she would be waiting for him at the bar at that moment, my family member ordered four 0.0 beers (2 of them with Cas de limon) and a Coca-Cola, and then returned to the terrace with us. We waited about a quarter of an hour and while we waited we saw the waitress who had served us, taking a cup of coffee.

 Poor customer service.

The restaurant's website says vegetarians are welcome. After a week of animal protein in Muros, we were all seduced. First disappointment: the website's phone numbers point to an answering machine. At 8pm it's not right. Whatever it is, we go to the site for more information, and if necessary, to book. Importantly, my companion is bilingual in French and Spanish. We run into an antipathetic server, face closed. I don't feel any empathy, but we don't want intellectual attraction in his eyes. He tells us that he doesn't know if it's possible to serve two vegetarian drinks.

It's not pro, it's disgusting, it's false advertising, it's ridiculing customers, it's a sense of negative reception.

The hotel is located in the heart of the seaside promenade of the beautiful villa of Muros.The room is very clean and comfortable.We recommend the rooms with views as these are spectacular.As the only improvement point, the bathroom is perhaps something small, although enough.

Excellent attention, very close, kind, attentive, concerned about resolving any doubts and advising the client, and all in an unbeatable environment, amazing views, and unbeatable food.

We have enjoyed a vacation in Muros in this family hotel, where you will feel like one more. Maruxa, Tino, Pepe, Xavi.,.... etc form a piece of team.

A simple but clean room, a very nice hotel next to the harbor, the outstanding care, the friendly staff, willing to do everything possible to make you feel comfortable until the end, making you want to come back.

I repeat it again.

We loved our room which was bright and had fabulous views. There’s convenient parking on the street and a restaurant downstairs serving reasonably priced dishes. We considered the hotel offered excellent value and is in s great location in thus charming fishing village. The staff were attentive and helpful.

I'd give it a 3, but it deserves a 4 for the following: a simple hotel located in front of the harbor and very close to the old town. There is no parking, but at the time we went we had no problem parking on the same street, right in front of the entrance to the accommodation. To access the elevator there are stairs. rooms and clean bathrooms. There is a café where a good breakfast is served and a terrace if there is an option to enjoy the good weather. Recommended but looking for great pretences. The pleasant service allowed us to choose the room that we liked most.

It's simple, but highly recommended.

If you're lucky enough to have a room with a view of the sea, you'll think you're in paradise, the great kindness of the staff and the restaurant in the hotel basement, so much the better, because it's very good.

After a first inspection visit, we repeated several times.It is a unique restaurant in the area that is out of the ordinary.Spectacular black rice.Magnificent meats and fish.El encargado, Tino, very pleasant and attentive.Perfect.
