The receptionist is a little dry on the first day, then fine. The apartment is very cozy. The views are good. There is parking at the door. The only problem is that the bathroom does not have ventilator to recycle the air or it does not work.

We spent the Christmas Eve with the family in this apartment and the stay was very pleasant.The apartment is spacious, with two bedrooms and a bathroom.The cleaning is correct.It is close to the ski resort of formigal (for climbing by car).We recommend this accommodation for ski trips.

 Comfortable apartment

It's a perfect hotel to go to sleep, take a shower and cook something. The beds are a bit uncomfortable especially a double con pleat that we were put on. Go with the eye because we kept watches in the windows, thankfully there were no watches. The receptionist is very kind, we gave oil because we had forgotten about it in the super.

Nice and comfortable apartment to enjoy the weekend in the area, everything very clean, the beds very comfortable, and pleasant treatment... temperature control on arrival and freeze at the entrance!! Located at the entrance of the village and in a quiet area.

We had to cancel the reservation that had a 50% charge, because we are in our house confined to Covid 15 days. No, we have not had a case, I talked to an employee and he told me that the next day he would call me and he did not, he denied me the cancellation without charges, plus that the community does not recommend traveling for all the rebrotes that are available. They offered us an equal stay this summer for the same price without a free cancellation. All via mail and without giving the image at any time. Of course we cannot go because after these 15 days we no longer have any more summer vacation. I assume that the hotel had written the song with the 50% charge, but it would be a business and a loss of money.

Three nights reserved and we have only been able to spend one for the death of a family member. By hotel policy we don't return anything. There are ways and ways to provide solutions and serve customers. Of course we realize that the hotel would cause harm, but we also understand that there are different ways to have some details with the customers without implying a disbursement for the hotel. Perhaps it would be good for the owner to have this face to begin with. Finally... a pity. The pillow and bed are torture. The sofa bed of the living room... because they are children... We will not return and we cannot recommend it.

It's a shame that a place that has everything to be spectacular, because of the location and quiet of the village, doesn't pay attention to the details and turns your stay into nothing peaceful. Starting with the fact that if you hear all the noises of the other rooms, our neighbors arrived at 3:00 a.m. wanting to take a shower and thanks to the fact that I always carry a few taps, we always seem to calm the noise, they seem to be with you in the room. We continue to talk about rest and this influences that the mattress is just as bad as the pillows and tires all night round without being able to rest. We continue with the message, which is very rare, without a toaster, a batter, a scurvy, the dishes and the dishes, which is just impossible for you in the room.

I was going to write tomorrow, because today is my last night at 3:00, but since today is the third day that when I arrive I don't have the key to the garage and I have to go to the reception to get another one without even getting an apology, I'm already writing. We spent three nights in August with little children. The village is very quiet. The apartment is very nice, clean the rooms every day and replenish everything needed. The kitchen is used for breakfast alone so for us it was enough with what was there. It is well insulated because there were parties in the village and we could sleep without burying anything. The owner is very kind. It was a good thing to stay here.

We spent 3 days in a three-person apartment, making the beds, cleaning and changing towels daily. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room and bedroom with two beds. Basic kitchen service although we missed a few cups of breakfast, free parking at the entrance. Surrounded with magnificent views, highly recommended.
