A family hotel, good homemade food, a lot of kindness and good manners from the owners. Some rooms on the ground floor with curious shapes, popular prices. We were greeted with a special dinner and an evening of very pleasant music and dancing.

Familial experience

The owners are the ones who wear the dining room service, cleaning and for 6 days they haven't changed the saunas even if they are stained. And the dining room served the dishes before entering, you would find the dish served. On the street in front of everyone for opening the dining room when it was time, they insulted her and threw her out of the owner and her son. In addition, they served with chandales and propaganda shirts at the hotel, the dessert frita was served with their hands and without plate or fork.

A disaster without education or cleanliness.

When checking, they only ask for one document per room (not per person) and leave it on the counter without a custodian, accessible to anyone inside or outside the hotel. They have no indication of evacuation plans in case of a disaster. The dining room is in the basement, without ventilation being accessed by a ramp and a parallel staircase, with the kitchen separated from it only by a double door.

Given the price, I'm not commenting on the quality of the restaurant service or the poor lighting, as I'm not commenting on the hot water.

Very well done, clean, cheap and comfortable, they offered me the superior room at the same price, during check-in served a glass of cava, the employees were very educated and correct, much more professional than in many other hotels I have stayed in.

I'll have to repeat it again.

The experience has been fantastic. highlighted the treatment by all the hotel staff, who besides being young, are very professional and with an exquisite treatment. The location of the perfect hotel, the bus that takes you to the centre of Granada at the gate. Ideal for going out of town to tapas. To put on some but... the beds, pillows and towels are not comfortable.

Having stayed 3 nights in Hotel Mirador, we have never found staff more willing to make our stay enjoyable, nothing was too much, everything they did was with a smile. This is a small family run hotel, and it shows. Malcolm

One night at this hotel, very welcoming and attentive staff, when we arrived we were greeted with a cup of Cava.

Me & my wife stayed at this hotel for 1 night in September second week, while already checked into another hotel in Cómpeta (near Málaga, which was our base for 12 days, exploring around with a rental car).I soon realised that a single day in Granada is thoroughly inadequate & stayed in this hotel.
 The hotel is located in the northern outskirts of Granada, in a pleasant residential neighbourhood, with free parking in front of the hotel. There is bus to Granada city centre, which stops right in front of the hotel though our time constraints required us to take a taxi (which costs about 12-15€ to city centre )
 The room is small but very comfortable & bathroom is nice. Excellent value for money. 

Simple, clean & comfortable 

A small hotel 10 metres from the centre of Granada, in which we stopped to visit that city and continue the journey;exquisite reception with a glass of Cava, and an exceptional staff friendliness; the Clean Room, which had more water and air conditioning than necessary at this time, as well as silent, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly up to the front terrace where we enjoyed a beer.The only thing that is not if by public transport you can get to Granada, although just across the street we saw a city bus parachute (recognizing routes).

Treatment is exquisite.

The staff is extremely friendly - the location is very far from the centre of Granada, there is little movement, there is nothing nearby where one can get out.The clean hotel the food more or less is a single meal where one cannot opt out.
