The aparthotel is very nice, it has everything you need to stay, the jacuzzi is a wonder with a nice view.

Very highly recommended.

We stayed there all weekend, all the staff were kind, well-meaning, well-equipped, and comfortable, perfectly positioned to move around, quietly, and with breathtaking views, we will return safely.

Experience of 10 years.

I'd like to go back, but they have to improve a lot in cleaning and customer service. The living room sofa/kitchen (very little space) very uncomfortable, the dirty toilet, the stairs with drinking spots. In the basement, where the pool and the football are located, the dirty floor, all broken and neglected. We went down for three days straight and it was dirty. The extractor bell full of oil, drops of oil were dropped on the tray. Our room was uncleaned at 14:00, when there were only 3 duplex renters!

 Lack of cleaning.

When we got to the room that hadn't been cleaned, the sink was full of dirty dishes, the kitchen was full of greasy fingers, the glassware was dirty all the way down the floor full of hair and hair, and the toilet was dirty, so we're going to take a shower in the upstairs bathroom and start filtering the water downstairs.

This is the first time I've been able to do this.

We were going to spend a family holiday and enjoy nature. we were looking forward to coming home, putting it up for 4 but it's a lie. at the bottom is a sofa bed super uncomfortable for two. to use it you'll have no living room. the bathroom smells fatal. the toilet has dirt adhered to and the shower floor is like plastic and dirt metered. the hydromassage loses water from the faucets and also smells like a toilet. save the disgust!

This is fatal.

Very poor quality/price ratio. -Cleaning: very accurate. It is very difficult to sweep and remove objects that are visible to the naked eye such as cookies, otherwise I prefer not to think about how they cleaned what is not visible. Not to mention the huge telarañas that were in the frame of the terrace door. -Bath with hydromassage: unusable due to the unpleasant odor that would come out when lit. -Breakfast: for a four-star accommodation one would expect at least natural juice, cold milk and hot water (not just hot water), medium-quality embedded (not more than a square York jam, the cheap water...) Ultimately, you don't expect to find a four-star accommodation, even if you had two better places to stay.

Very left behind.

We went to the wedding, by the way, the first one to be held at the Hotel, we have to say that it was a great experience, of course there is a lack of a bit of modernization of the facilities but very clean, very friendly staff, so I highly recommend it.

A very recommended location.

We really enjoyed our family stay at the separate Bubal hotel. A very quiet place, beautiful views. The apartment had everything we needed. A great swimming pool to relax after our excursions in the beautiful surroundings of the Tena Valley / Pyrenees Aragon. One thing for us is important to mention. It reflected an unprofessional attitude of the staff of the resort: There was a very uncomfortable moment when we heard very loud screams from the restaurant for about 15 minutes, a day. Other guests are also concerned. It is worth noting the waiter who was always very attentive and very friendly during the 6 days we were in the incident. We saw that no one ever altered the incident. Apart from this we have spent 6 great days!

They encourage you to pay in cash and don't give proof, then they have the follow-up out of the books, in blank papers, in case of any problems, I don't know how they will act, but we found it small for the four, although it was recommended for that number.
