We spent NYE and NY at the apartment. We had a deluxe apartment (2 bed and 2 bath) for a very reasonable price. We had a small issue on 1st Jan and they responded to my email immediatelly and sent someone as soon as we arrived back from our touring. Incredibly flexible and kid staff. I fully recommend it!

Deluxe apartment with huge terrace and great service

Apartments that I expected a lot more from. we usually make escapades on the weekends and had good expectations about them. the reception hard to find, in one of the apartments, without amenities, we order and we bring two small boats for three days. well equipped kitchen.

 Acceptable

I stayed with my family in the attic of these apartments. The house, a pass, just like in the photos. A huge terrace with views, two bedrooms, a new kitchen, two large bathrooms with shower and bath, two swimming pools, etc. Everything was fine until we realized that the sink was losing water, the light on the terrace that lit the table did not work, and the cafeteria was not working. Even notifying the reception staff, we left and didn't fix the light or the problem of the kitchen. They facilitated another cafeteria. As for the kitchen, we had a lot to wish for: the terrace table had a dusting table, three dishes on the drawer table, a cleaner's personal bathroom (the cleaning service) was not working, and the cafeteria wasn't working.

An impressive attic but poorly managed.

Apartment set high above the playa definitely need a car. The apartment was very roomy with a large outside balcony. The equipment was basic but adequate for our needs the beds were uncomfortable would recommend and go again

This is the Perfect Family vacation spot!! Spacious Apartments with all facilities, you dont have to worry about anything!! Great Beaches, easy Access and  nice  and quite neighbourhood😊 We will bei back next year!! 

Perfect Family Holiday

Whilst the community is clean, tidy and close to the golf course, it is RESIDENTIAL. This is NOT a place for holidaymakers who want to enjoy fun at the pool, or stay up talking on the balcony each night. The community has many rules in place to the detriment of a typical holidaymaker. You will need a car as there are no bus services, the closest supermarket is 5 miles away, and you are not within easy walking distance of a pub or the beach. The golf club serves meals during the day but closes at 7pm. I was very disappointed with my stay here, and feel for the residents who are having to deal with noisy guests or who don't follow the community rules. May I just add that Albyat were slow in responding to any queries I made, and failed to explain the rules for this community, adding further stress and disappointment to my stay.

Strange location for holidaymakers

Do not believe the pictures on the website, they show a lovely marina, this is not Alcaidesa, it is Sotogrande therefore should not be on the site. This is a quiet residential area that do not want us holiday makers here.  There is nothing for the tourist and the resentment from the residents is clear. I spoke to one of the residents and they are disgusted Albayt have apartments in their residential community. I would love to live here but I understand their feelings, the pool areas have become a kids play area so no relaxing. Rubbish bins are overflowing everywhere because there are no provisions for the extra visitors. I will not visit this area again out of respect of the residents. Cars and motorbikes at 0600 because they go to work, you can't sit on the balcony as the noise upsets them, I have been to Albayt premises before, but they have made a very big mistake being here. This is not their type of property and it has caused many many problems for the residents

Housing Estate, Nothing Else

Wish I'd read the earlier reviews. Although the apartments are clean and comfortable this is a residential area and NOT a tourist destination.
Although the residents are very tolerant of the tourists there have been many complaints about the behaviour and lack of respect shown to the community.
Albayt guests are definitely not wanted here and as such I cannot recommend this destination.

As previously said ... not and hotel

The area where the apartment is located is a 5-minute drive from the beach and is very quiet.It has three swimming pools, a garage and wifi included in the price.The apartment was fully equipped: glassware, fridge, dishwasher, dishwashers, microwaves, kitchen utensils...and had two bathrooms, a large terrace, and a modern and up-to-date decoration.The cleanliness of the apartment was quite good, and it was well maintained.

Holidays in Alcaidesa

We were without an elevator on Fridays and Sundays in an attic.The garage was flooded.The bathroom's seawater boat was losing water and flooding while bathing.A shame because everything else was fine.
