A spectacular weekend thanks to the location of the hotel and all the outdoor alternatives offered by the local shops. The rooms and hotel in general very clean, spacious rooms and friendly and close staff. Typical cuisine of the area, more meat than fish. Normal in Segovia. Coffee service, WiFi... Also conference area for companies or conventions. A special place because we were told that the building was built around the 10th century as a convent for secular gunmen.

The receptionist's treatment is very good.But we arrived at ten o'clock at night and he told us that the kitchen was closed.It's a street restaurant and it should be closed later.It has a super nasty and rude young waitress who as a professional waitress has a lot to learn.I don't come back even if they give it to me.For what they offer I don't deserve to have 4*.

Painful and unpleasant.

Today I stopped by the restaurant to make a stop on the way home with my pregnant wife because she needed to go to the bathroom.The manager sitting at one of the terrace tables told us that the bar was still closed and that she didn't want to meet us, and we asked her if she could use the hotel bathroom, which was attached to the restaurant, and she told us not to.

Pessima attention to the client.

Yo he salido encantado, buen servicio, magnífica estancia, desayuno (los croisants), la cocina ese lomo... El local espectacular, siglo X. INCOMPARABLE Dos menciones... Ignacio gran profesional, atento. Siempre dispuesto Y el encargado/becario 😂😂 have made me feel at home, with a magnificent service.

Visiting the 10th century living in the 21st century.

We made a trip stop by the highway and on entering, it was empty, after asking, we were told that only hotel customers were served (it was open and without any sign to advertise it), they reluctantly served us 3 refreshments and a beer, so they charged us 10.50 and sent us to the street to get it.

The worst deal and service.

I sat down to have a drink and as soon as you left the glass and were invited to leave when they had almost all the tables open since they only had an umbrella, besides that to be a road site they don't even have coffee.

Angel, the owner, our treatment is phenomenal, we feel at home. The home-cooked food, very good. The room is spacious, clean and well maintained. The hotel décor is very nice. Thanks, we will definitely return.

 Impeccable attention.

We're going to a group of 6 workers on our way to Burgos to run and stop for a coffee and a toast.The manager of the cafeteria tells us that we shouldn't attend because today the strike started in Castilla y León but with all its terrace set up, they still attend and we order coffee and toasted tomatoes and ham. (the toast was a medium barrel with little ham).Well, up until then, more or less, but when we ask the bill says it's 32,5€ for the 6 coffees and 5 toasts (1 didn't eat).We ask how much each was to pay for the portion and one tells us that it's 6€ for the average toasted and coffee.

We are open the day the strike starts but we are closed for breakfast.

We stopped to eat during a trip. The building is beautiful and foretold a good meal. But it wasn't like that. It's clearly a place that came with less cash in areas that could be easily cleaned. The food is expensive in quality/price ratio: some rotten eggs, the size of a codorniz, 8€! The waiter is disgusting. The caretaker/owner/manager is another so much. We ask for coffee with milk and we bring it in small cups (obviously those were cut) when he tells us that we would like a big cup tells us that the truth is that a small cup fits the same as a big one... After all, we left and we won't be back.

As a hotel I don't know, as a stop to eat something bad.

Hotel located in an old 10th century sale. very friendly staff and keen to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Quiet location and very close to Pedraza, making it a very good choice for accommodation if you want to visit Pedraza.
