We stayed 3 nights with a baby and it was super quiet and very tasty.I am from Teruel but due to the pandemic we decided to stay here instead of being with the family and it was definitely a great discovery.Everything very clean with what is needed to spend a few days, the heating is very good and the neighborhood is very quiet.It is located 3 minutes walk from downtown making it the perfect location, so you have peace of mind not being far from downtown.If the current situation follows, we will return to our accommodation.

We will certainly return.

They were very kind to make the reservation from March 14th to 16th.As the closure of hotels, restaurants, bars, museums has been declared.....we called to cancel the reservation and he told us that he understood but that the money was not returning to us.I called a companion from whom we were traveling to ask him for explanations of why he was not returning the money for a situation like the one that is happening all over the country and hung up the phone.Of course when we returned to Teruel in this area we did not know each other.

No, I will never leave here.

Positive things: It is well located (though not in the center) and if you carry a browser it is very easy to reach (we got to the first one). You can park without any problem more or less near the apartment (and with a little luck at the same door). Good recommendations from David and his wife both for eating or places to visit. Negative: The treatment of the reservation was an irregular treatment somewhat spoiling the final good feeling of the stay.

The good option is good.

Very friendly in the treatment, everything excellent, cleanliness, tranquility, etc. The instructions of the owner, David, were very useful to us, both the places to visit and the best restaurants to eat. He provided us with maps, almost better than the information from the tourist office.

Very good reception.

We spent three nights with the family. The first thing is to explain how clean everything was, bathroom, floors, towels... so pleasant it was to leave the house. It has free WiFi. All the necessary household items, cafeteria, toaster, etc. It is three minutes from downtown. The heating is great, it is super pleasant. I would definitely repeat the site if I returned to Teruel. The super friendly and polite owners. They gave us plans for everything, and they explained to us where to eat. It was a great bridge.

Stupidity is the result.

Excellent accommodation. Very clean and very well organized, has everything needed. Daniel, the landlord, attended to us very well, informed us of the most important things about the city and its surroundings. He provided us with plans, and brochures of everything and told us places to eat, shop...Fenomenal.In the apartment where we were, the bedrooms on the top floor, we have to be careful with the backyard, with the head, but you get used to it, no problem. Very recommendable, without a doubt.

Perfect Perfect

Well, we arrived late and without any problems we were expected and explained a little about the things to see in Teruel. Very attentive and kind the owner (I suppose), treated us very well, as if we had known each other all our lives. The apartment very clean and very complete. Everything very correct, everything inside, tableware, microwaves, refrigerator, covers, vases, towels etc... at last. To return! Sure!

Like at home.

We've spent a fantastic few days in this beautiful city. The apartment hotel is impeccable, new, all super clean. Well located, a 5-minute walk from the center. In the area there is easy parking, in front of you if you're lucky. Narrow streets in a humble but very quiet neighborhood. The very friendly staff, offers you information about places of interest and restaurants where to eat well. Nearby there is a lidl and a neighborhood store. Ideal for relaxing and visiting the city. Very recommended.

New and clean, 5 minutes walk from the centre. Very well equipped. Quiet neighborhood. Daniel welcomed us very well and gave us a lot of useful information about Teruel. He even provided us with flyers and discount coupons for some monuments which is quite good. We had a very pleasant stay

Beautifully laid out duplex apartment, modern, air-conditioned and so clean. Everything has been thought of for a self-catering holiday at Aparthotel Teruel. Daniel was a perfect host, he met us from the train (of his own accord), ensured we had a local street map and a good understanding of everything going on locally. He even collected us in his own car and drove us to the nearby Dinopolis Theme Park which is a total hit with children and adults alike ! The tiny city of Teruel is steeped in historic interest and unusual architecture from the many religions living there.   This was an exceptional accommodation and host.  Thank you so much.
