Although the views are great, the service was fatal, we agreed a menu and what we got out was not the agreed.We had 17 people and we left disappointed and hungry in fact the boys by 8:00 were already ordering a chocolates.

It was the worst of the worst.

After almost 3 years, I see that I am not the only one disappointed with this site and its poor attention. I am ashamed...I don't understand how it is not closed. I hope it helps our opinion because if I had read it before I would never have booked here. What a horror of rooms....and cleaning and even remember when we arrived at 4am that since they had entered to make the beds the windows were open straight across the street.

It's painful.

We stayed at the hotel on the bridge of December, a wedding and three teenage girls. We stayed in the suite and in a triple unit for children. It is a nice hotel located in a rural and natural setting very suitable for walking and water activities. We dined every day at the hotel and were delighted, excellent cuisine, worthy of a great restaurant, very spacious winery and good quality price. We ate on the menu and menu, and in both cases everything was of quality. The rooms were very clean and very nice, rustic Vasco style, equipped with wellness items. The breakfast was very varied, we also ordered some extra things to the kitchen and prepared them quickly.

On more than one occasion, I took advantage of a rainy day to get close to this charming Hotel.The location is ideal, in a quiet village and with nothing to do...let's go, what this intrepid traveler was looking for.It's a caserio (typical building in the Basque Country) and has an added flavor.It's not usually very crowded but just in case, you don't sleep in the laureles if you intend to stay here.Don't miss a glimpse of the back of the Hotel and enjoy the views from the garden!Free parking outside the Hotel.

We visited the restaurant one Sunday with our family, as we were interested in the place to celebrate our wedding and wanted to do a little test... It was bad that we did it this way... The place is very nice, the environment is beautiful, but that is the only positive thing about the experience... We asked for a card and the service was slow, and that there were only two tables... Above all the food was horrible... For Colmo everything was very expensive. Then searching a little on the internet and even on this page of TripAdvisor we have already seen that the site has a lot of complaints and even couples who got married there have had some experiences.

The worst service, huir.

Excellent hotel to stay.
The location is perfect, very beautiful surroundings.
The owner and staff are very friendly and hospitable.
Chaming is the right word to describe the building, rooms and total setting.
We heard that the restaurant is excellent, but was unfortunately closed on the Sunday night of our stay.
Our dog was welcome as well, for dogowners they have a separate part of the hotel blocked (4 rooms). Good to know that those 4 rooms do offer shower and no bath.

English speaking staff, high class service, terrific meals for a good price. We definitely come back!

The rooms look very nice, and the owner immediately offered us a parking place for our bikes in front of the hotel.

Very nice hotel, nice ambiance, very good food, and very friendly people. It offers more then the stars on the sign. A very nice surprise!!!!!!
Good for family, groups, and romance in and old family house.
We will be back here next time when we're in the area.
