Good food and very professional service.I don't understand the need in a restaurant to mix the freedom of foreign prisoners with gastronomy, raising a flag in the dining room in their favor.I won't be back.

A good restaurant that supports criminals.

A Camino stop. At first, we thought the place was just another plain, basic, clean overnight stop, but the staff overwhelmed us!

It was late and they insisted on doing our laundry at no charge. All we could think to do was to buy them each a cold Coke. You would have thought we tipped them $100 each! 

Lovely staff, treated us like family. Made our time in Zarautz great!

Very welcome by the hostess, we are staying in a small modern hotel, very quiet very well located with elevator For the aperitif,server having made no effort,32 € for a glass of sangria, a martini and a plate of potatoes bravas just medium, small lunch more than medium (trink cheese sucking, growing dry, not appetizing ham, not pleasant room, noisy)

Very quiet and clean hotel, restaurant to avoid

The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious I enjoyed, we will repeat, the bar with nice pinchos and the workers are very nice, thank you for making us comfortable in a different town than ours, aúpa.zarautz.los landscapes Ole oleole.

Precious and precious.

We spent two nights in a half boarding house for seven people (two rooms).The hotel was renovated a year ago.We were there to take two walks: Zarautz - Zumaïa and Zumaïa - Deba.The hotel is located in the city centre, but you can't hear the noise of the street.

Good value for money

We went to Zaratuz in July to spend three days. the hotel is very close to the beach and recently renovated so we assumed it was an ideal place to go to disconnect for a few days.... because GRAAANNN ERROR. Upon arriving at the hotel at two o'clock in the afternoon we are told that they do not yet have the room ready, so we will go for a few hours' tour. At four and a half we return and are told that our room and located on the lower level (subsotano) is the newly renovated area, and in fact this is because it is unfinished, the roof hangs the cables to connect the fire suppression system (they are mandatory because this is the system that the receptionist can not leave the room before anyone.... but not respecting this place) In addition, the bathroom was made impossible to accommodate during the night because the temperature of the rooms was not enough to compensate for the lack of room temperature, but we could not compensate for the lack of room temperature in the room, because we were not able to recover all the room and the rest of the room

The location is perfect: right on the Camino de Santiago de Compostela. The room is very clean, with enough comfort and impeccable service. On the ground floor there is a bar/restaurant very good for cooking, a happy hour, having breakfast. I liked it so much that I stayed one more day in Zarautz.

That's an excellent option in Zarautz!

Perfect location, clean rooms and exceedingly satisfying expectations, underneath a wonderful Bar Restaurant with a very good pinch bar.

Incredible ratio of quality to price.

Some rooms don't have air conditioning, others have interiors, and the ones featured in the advertisements don't sound like that.If you can see that there are two or three of those rooms, the rest are small and baggy.The service is correct and the location is great.

Good situation, but bad rooms

The room for 3 was small and diminished in both width and width. The bathroom was good. The underground bar for breakfast, meals and dinners, perfect. Very rich paintings and excellent location, close to the sea and the old town, next to a church. Easy to find.
