We were happy with this hotel. It was very clean and the staff very friendly. 

Even the shared bathroom was clean. The rooms were heated and that was good as we had had some rain during our ride. 

Breakfast was decent. Dinner very good but high dollar. 

Overall a good experience. 

The view was breathtaking. 

Overnight stay motorcycle tour

The rooms are old and expensive, and the prices are adjusted according to the height in favor of the owner. The beds have been in service for a long time. We also had spider threads in the room. I don't need luxury but it should be clean and functional the dry room was in June and in September with 2 cm of water rather a humidity room because nothing became dry.

Very rude and unfriendly no more

Everything Keist experienced in August, I can confirm in September: unfriendly boss, prices for tickets and bills are different, and NOT an excuse, but a hairy explanation of why the guest is wrong.

Never again.

I had a very bad experience with the gmachd hotel. When I checked in, they only had one room instead of two for us, although we had a booking confirmation. Then we got a room with them and another in another hotel. Nobody felt responsible and we had to pay the full amount of 120 per night and rooms anyway. The lady at the reception was only there once, otherwise no one was ever at the hotel. The owner was very unfriendly. The room was okay, pretty small for the price. The TV as in the description didn't have anyone in the room. The food in the restaurant next door, which belonged together, was also overpriced and not good.

Very rude owner

The reception is about as cool as the room! The three-bedroom room with shower/WC was not prepared, we had to install the cabinet ourselves; there was also just frotte laundry for 2 guests! So you don't feel welcome! And it was rather cold, over the top - an old house with a touch renovation! In the area of the cabinet there is no heating and in the bathroom it was very fresh despite electric heating! For the targeted clientele fishermen and divers it may be okay. The tasting takes place in the restaurant where the mustard oil is served, in the winter garden is served very tightly! The tasting room is served with a minimum of variations. The tasting room itself seems to have been appreciated, we have never eaten any teas in there, otherwise we would have had to pay for the tasting of the tasting room in the hotel next night, but the tasting room could have been served in the hotel next night, because the tasting room was just about two o'clock in the morning, and the tasting room could have been better!

80s chic

I've been to this little hotel several times before, and I'm happy to return, the quality/price ratio is excellent, the staff is very kind and my favorite part is the view... waking up by opening the window and looking at the lake with the snow around is priceless! breakfast is included in the price, abundant and of excellent quality. rooms even those without bathroom are comfortable and clean. Everything very pleasant.

Vision is a work of art.

If you are looking for rest and relaxation, the Cristallina is very well maintained. The hotel is located along with the associated fish specialty restaurant in the small village of Plaun da Lej. The hotel is small but offers nice and cozy rooms with wooden furniture. The bathroom has toilet and shower and is very clean like the room. We were guests with a larger diving group and felt comfortable around. The price was 125. per person in the DZ, including a half-board in the Michelin awarded fish restaurant. We come here regularly for ice dives, as it is right across from the ideal dive site. But from here you can also enjoy a long walk or swim in the winter.

A family hotel away from the hustle and bustle

The hotel is located in a beautiful lakefront location, the rooms are very simple, clean but only some with the bathroom. The price is very expensive and completely outside the standards of this type of hotel, you pay for the place and the fact of being in Switzerland. Very disappointing and poor breakfast For dinner you can go to the nearby restaurant, with prices of the same type

Stayed here two nights, invited by our kids for a birthday treat - after a run out and back on the Bernina Alp Express from Chur to Tirano. Rather a charming 'chalet style' hotel, this has been left behind in time it seems, like so many Swiss hotels. We did manage, thanks to our son's charm and skill, to get a waterfront double room, ensuite and with a TV, THE SECOND NIGHT, but owing to an accidental overbooking we were in a very small room with two sequential single beds and a washbasin on the first night. The breakfast was simple but OK, we sat outside in front of the lake. The location is magical, and there seemed to be plenty of interest in the hotel. I wonder if the owners have not become a little too smug about this? The place needs investment to modernise it smartly.

Swiss hotels can be disappointing. This is not bad but very old fashioned

The hotel is located on the lake and enjoys a wonderful view. The rooms are cozy and very clean.
