Once again we visit this place in Thailand. The villa is located near Ao Nanghai, away from the noise and tourists. Clean, quiet and cozy. Responsive staff. Good dense bedding - those who understand what sometimes is offered to sleep in hotels and private houses - will appreciate it. Clean and quiet (!) air conditioners - which is very important! - they blow not in the head, but equally throughout the room, thus creating a comfortable temperature.

Very convenient location. Excellent staff. The owners of the villas are responsive and caring. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. The swimming pool is warm, clean. There is a barbecue, which is very convenient.) In the store they bought fresh seafood and cooked it themselves. A large and convenient bed. Many pillows, quality bedding and towels, robes..) The owners always helped with the choice of beaches, the choice of products in the shops (and what is very important is cosmetics! as there are many counterfeits, and we need both quality and not expensive) Yes, and also excellent recommendations on choosing coffee!

The place is great and our host was super flexible and responsive. He also helped arrange tours and transportation. The building is perfect for our large family. The private pool was fantastic and well maintained. Housekeeping came every day and did an excellent job.

Beautiful villa! beautiful decoration, impeccable hygiene very friendly owner and very attentive to his customers. Not far from ao Nang beach with restaurants and shops while away from the noise. Services are offered to facilitate travelers. It was perfect!

What a lovely villa.

We stayed at Aonanta Villa from 10th to 15th of march. The Villa is an amazing place to stay. It´s a little bit away from Ao Nang so you we do highly recommend a car or a scooter to get around. If you are looking for a quite place this is definitaly the right choice. The Villa is just huge. There´s a spacious living room with a big kitchen and 2 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom.

We had such a fantastic time at  Aonanta Pool Vilas that we extended our stay, not once, but twice! The location was perfect for us as a family of 4 - far enough away from the town to be peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle, yet only a 5 minute drive in. Very good place with beautiful swimming pool, the host, Parn, was very hospitable and offered many advises and good services of vehicle. We passed very good time in Krabi and would recommend this place to our friends, thanks a lot.

Really nice place

My friends and family rented three Adjoining villas here for a week as part of our 10 year wedding Anniversary trip (15 people). We’ve toured extensively in Thailand and rented many villas over the years. On the surface it’s everything it’s supposed to be. Modern, spacious, photogenic & peaceful; however there were a few negatives that did annoy us:

Furnishings- they’re missing a lot of things that you kind of need but don’t think about like bedside tables, lamps, coffee tables, towel rails, toilet roll holders, rugs, cushions, coat hangers, etc. Might not sound like a big deal but it actually mattered.

Plumbing- the drains were often slow/blocked causing you to have short showers or else the bathroom would flood. There is something very wrong with the water supply because every time you use the basin mixers there are air pockets in the line causing the water to explode all over you. Really frustrating when you forget to stand to the side when turning the tap on.

Privacy- the villa comes with a maid who is very discrete, helpful and friendly (thanks Parn), but the owner is another thing. They are building 3 new villas right next door and the owner thinks it’s appropriate to just come into the yard at anytime (heaven help you if you decided to take a skinny dip!) Once I was inside and I heard yelling right outside the door. I came out to discover the owner and his labourer standing there having a ‘conversation’. Incredulously, I asked if everything was ok and he just casually said that he was accessing the storeroom for building materials.

Pools- yes, they need to be maintained but when they did so, they put so much chlorine in them they were unusable for over a day!

Cooking facilities- the cooktop has no gas supply at all meaning we couldn’t cook inside at all. We tried to use the outside BBQ gas bottle inside but the unit is not jetted for propane. Also the cutlery/crockery/pots/pans/glasses were all located in the BBQ area downstairs when we arrived meaning we had to move them all inside when we arrived. Also the kitchens are lacking toasters, wine glasses, dish racks, strainers, and all sorts of day to day items, all of which seem trivial but all were needed and all appeared in the previous villas we’ve rented in Ao Nang and Phuket.

Summary: the villas have all the makings of the ideal accommodation, but these things and a few others need to be addressed to truely earn their 5 star rating. I hope I haven’t been too hard here, but for THB9500 per day I expect close to perfection for Ao Nang prices. 4 star = very good.

A final mention to Parn and the other villa staff - thanks for smoothing everything over and doing your very best to make our time here special. 

Good, but not quite 5 star

Stayed at the end of December. Weather was amazing. The villa was picturesque. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Transport to the beach and supermarket from the villa is comfortable.. The diligence of the owner is apparent.

Excellent experience

The staff is really the asset of this place, kind, caring, warm, responsive... free shuttles between the villa and the beach are a real plus and make the stay easier.
