Food is good does not stand out though the best was a restaurant called Pyramid restaurant just a few metres ahead. Talking about the behaviour of the attendant in the restaurant,  she is partial and  be rude at the same time nothing ladylike in her. 
Food quantity alright and pricey too. Conclusion restaurant sucks
Rooms are big and mosquito filled, yes its nature ambient however they can provide repellents  for the same. 
Overall experience shady not recommended

Staff behavior horrible

Location is good, staff was quick and kind. However, the food was not that good. It was eatable, but not something I would ever go back to. It took for Thai definitions quite long (about 20-30 min) to get the food served. The counter to pay is a good invention.

Definitely not the best Thai food...

This is my second time here in tonsai, last year I spent 6 weeks in total at the green valley resort and when I arrived this time I was greeted with the warmest of welcomes! Myself and my girlfriend were remembered like family from our previous stay. For people that are looking at coming to tonsai be aware that the electricity is only on for 12 hours a day and the showers are cold, this is standard and nothing to do with the resort..! The bungalows are basic but great value for money, you can feel safe here and not have to worry about your belongings. Breakfast is always on point and during high season the bbq fires up on the evenings with some amazing fish!! Tonsai isn’t a destination for small children or large families after that chill by the pool kind of holiday but for the solo traveler or couples and for someone looking for that place in the world like nowhere else, then tonsai is for you, but be sure to bring your rock climbing shoes! I would recommend this place to stay way above any of the other accommodation here in tonsai. The food is fantastic and the service is always friendly and efficient. Very delicious Curry and The best Banane Homemade Cake - came back several times To get another Cake! Very Good Service and clean, delicious Food that came fast and Not top expensive. We Liked The Location

Best Food in Thailand

Roy is one of the best managers I have seen in India. The location is excellent as you are right on the beautiful beach. Rooms are good quality for the price and the restaurant offers nice breakfast, lunch and dinner. Feels safe even for a woman traveling alone.

Very good location and great management

Went there for some food. Got served a carrot juice that was around 20% juice and 80% water/ice. When I asked why to the evil witch waitress, she started giving me abuse, took it away & still charged me! Food was ok, nothing special. There were 2 of us. My friend got his starter & main 20 mins before me. When my food eventually turned up, it was cold. I thought it was just me, but she was doing it to a few other tables too. So if you like being verbally abused by Thai women you will love this place, but I won’t be recommending it to anyone! 

Average food, Very rude staff!

We stayed at the tonsai beach resort but we ate breakfast and dinner at the green valley. in the low season it is the best restaurant we found in the area. warm welcome, dish price 100 baths on average, banana cake is at 70 baths' it is served warm a slaughter, curry, chiken phaeneng, are to fall, it is spicy a wish...... a do not miss if you stay in tonsai

It's a great restaurant.

I ate here most nights whilst staying on tonsai beach. It is by far the restaurant here and better then the ones on railay beach. I ordered different dishes each night and couldn't fault any of them. I especially enjoyed the strawberry lassi they made. The whole team who work here are very lovely and can't do enough for you. 
A few years ago I also stayed in there accommodation. I would have returned to stay here again but unfortunately they were fully booked.

Amazing food, lovely staff

We were about to search a cheap accommodation in the area, ... ok, it's cheap but you have to know that the staff is not very nice which is kind of unusual in thailand, that the bungalow are really depressing and that after a very humid night you will have a sad cold shower and will not be able to charge your iphone because electricity is not in service during the day time. ( The food of their restaurant is lower quality than the rest in Tonsai area, and the wifi quality in the restaurant is inexistant.)

Hi;-)) I'm just traveling through Thailand and Railay Beach, or Aunang Beach near Krabi was my first stop in Bangkok. I liked it great and I can only recommend the area to everyone. You can go there for 100 BHT by boat because there are no roads there. We chose the Green Valley Resort because it was the most charming, beautiful, cleanest and most of all the cheapest. It's just off season, but we both paid 200 BHT for a night in a cabin.
