Had the 149 baht breakfast.  The 99 baht breakfast thought was better as i not prefer the ham and 2 cheap sausages they serve as addition.  The 99 baht breakfast for me was better and absolutely a bargain.

Still great, sadly the park next door is gone and may well be a building site soon. Would have to re-consider staying there then and it would be sad indeed after staing at Cozy for so many years.

Stayed here for 3 nights. 

Location
Its a 7 minutes walk to Nana and Asok BTS.  5 minutes walk to Family Mart. Easy to find food. Cafe beside hotel served decent food.

Room
Big and clean room. The furniture not so old but both mattress and pillow are comfortable. Bathroom is decent. Need to bring tooth brush and tooth paste as hotel dont provide them.

Overall it was a great stay. I’ll recommend it to my friends.

Quite and Good

Stayed here for a few nights
Hotel is small and a bit dated
Rooms are tired me due a refurbishment, but still ok
Old tv, broken computer hard bed, but was ok 
Ideal place to stay for the nightlife area and for the skytrain and shopping malls
2 minutes walk to Nana , 2 minutes to Terminal 21 and the sky train
Best part is the dining staff
Very good service both for breakfast and for daytime and evening meals, with good, cooked foods and cold drinks

Stayed here 3 nights 46 $ aussie an night free breakfast cant complain good spot 5 min walk to nana bts and all the action . Its nothing flash but staff very friendly good air con comfterble bed even has a lift 

Cheap but good

Booked by Agoda but refused to honor the price I booked at unless I paid cash. The 'cash concession' was made after a lengthy argument. Used the owners hand phone to cancel flight. Charge: 300 Baht. Left shortly after checkout-time. Charge: 100 Baht.
Room is made up if requested only... Just your average clip joint.

Very good price ratio. Large room, individual air conditioning, good bed, good WIFI connection, equipped with a balcony overlooking the garden, bathroom with shower. Electronic safe, boiler, refrigerator. Off the main road, garden view, 6th floor, served by elevator up to 5th floor.

Very good value for money

I was at Cozy At Ten for a week. The reception staff were very friendly. I did get an upgrade to a bigger room, but the room was in a very bad condition. The bathroom was all dirty and moulded. The shower head in particular was very disgusting. The room was dusty, the fridge was dirty, and the bathroom door was also very dirty. The daily room cleaning was done in a few minutes, which explained the dirty condition of the room. The only good thing about the room was the air conditioning. It worked well. The breakfast was very easy to enjoy. But there was only one cup of coffee, but you had to add extra lunch. Books were hotly washed in the warmer room. The bottom of the room was so low that you didn't want to hang on the counter. The bottom of the desk was so low that you didn't want to hang on the counter.

Dirty and unsafe

We went to the islands for 10 days and they gave us their facebook to let them know when we came back and to be able to book the room again. The fifth floor is ideal if you are a smoker and do not smell tobacco. the rooms are spacious and well insulated from noise. the large bed (pillow mat) Every day you have a coffee and water service that are of good quality. prices of the minibar as in the street. price ratio very good. but especially highlighting the treatment of the girls and boys who take the hotel. very well located near BTS Asok and Nanas and near the metro. The restaurant that has all the good food and service at a very good price. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect for accommodation in Bangkok.

The size and quality of the rooms is excellent. Large TVs, super WLAN, air conditioning, safe and very clean. Guest-friendly hotel. The staff was very friendly all the time. We arrived at 8:00 in the morning, check-in was supposed to be in the afternoon, but they immediately provided us with a room without any circumstance or extra cost. Excellent location in Bangkok: bars, Soi Cowboy, and Skytrain, everything is easily accessible on foot. Another commentator spoke in connection with the hotel about a mysterious sex bar - which is located in a side street on the way to the hotel - but there was nothing to do with it at all!! What some people in earlier commentary did not do, was that a super train was built. Now it is a super hotel.
