The owner is super nice he is nice but the staff really horrible.
Because in the room is too warm with 30°c I ask them for more cold then he chase me to another hostel. Happy with that! At the night time I've got chasing. He said is only me in the hostel who have problem with 30°c. WHAT?! My roomate have talked to them about the air-con problem several times. It should finished already not just blaim to me, who ask them the first time to turn the temperature down from 30°c. 

If you don't want to got chasing during night time. Don't come to this hostel. There is another hostel in Bangkok that cheap and nice service.

Bad service,The staff chase me to another hostel

Tbh the hostel is not bad at all, especially the location. I wish my stay was super comfortable that I decided to stay here longer at their private room for example. The positive part: location, price, and the privacy.
The down part: no hostel vibe at all, too noisy because some guest didnt respect the bedtime and staff seems not aware, they didn't change bed sheet regularly.

Not bad but too noisy

It's close to the red light district, but well connected by public transport. But you have to walk down a small dark alley to get to the hostel. The beds are made of hard rubber mattresses, and we had to get our own bed. I could barely sleep. When we were checking in, we had to wait half an hour until someone came to the reception. The shower was full of hair and didn't run properly. Even the room cleaning left us wanting.

You could've slept on the floor.

It’s a very basic hostel with good and helpful staff. The location was great also. The beds how ever were hard rock, gave me a bit of a back pain cause it was so hard. Also the door squeaked really loudly every time then door opened which made you wake up every single time someone opened the door. 

Very basic hostel

We stayed at the hostel for 2 nights. For the short duration, okay, but I wouldn't book it again. The reception is only occupied until 11:00, so whoever wants to check in later has to check in early with the hostel, or they'll be in front of locked doors. In our case, that wasn't a problem, they gave us the password to the door via email, gave us the keys and gave us a precise route description that we could find the hostel well. These were our positive experiences with the service. The negative was that the hostel on the one hand doesn't offer any way to buy water/drink, and they're very biased with toilet paper. In the days we were there, the paper was never actually there. Towels were definitely + towels. Okay, but that was definitely not the worst thing.

Good location, poor service.

I had to sleep on the street with this hostel!! I had a booking with W18 hostel and my booking was payable by this hotel. But when i had came to bangkok and i found out this hostel at 11:00 pm so it closed. i called out to the receptionist so he said that" Sorry my hostel was full, pls found the other hostel, sorry" OMG he asked me looking for the other hostel at midnight Although i paid cash for this hostel already. It was not any apologize attitude. it could be open the door and allowed to me slept at the living room and arrange the other hostel for me but it didn't do it. i had to do by myself.
And the important thing this hostel is difficult to find out. I ask a lot of local people but no one know it.

Terrible experience ! Bad Service!!!

Nice, central hostel with large rooms. It's in a small side street, so it's a bit unobtrusive. The BTS motorbike train and the metro are within walking distance. There are supermarkets and restaurants and the night market right around the corner, as well as the Silom Complex, a shopping mall with restaurants and banks/exchanges. The room is spacious and everyone has their own privacy through the curtains on the beds. Each lock is right next to the bed and has plugs and lights. The air conditioning is comfortable at night and is hardly turned off during the day to ventilate fresh air. The beds are relatively clean, but the mattresses are made of stone! Super suited for backpacking

It is located between Silom and Covent Road, in a dark but quiet street. First you notice it's a really quiet place, but then you realize it's a really quiet place. The hostel is set up on multiple floors without an elevator. The good news is that the rooms are spacious and air-conditioned, opposite the bathroom and the mattresses covered in fine leather, not to mention the laundry room that's positioned on the hallway between the stairs...not a shelf to support your things, no privacy. Rubinets positioned so badly that it's almost impractical to brush your teeth.

Actually this hostel not really bad at all, tgeor concept similar to convenant dormitory. the location is very close to Thailand`s famous sex capital, Patpong Night Market and BTS Sky Train But since its was in deep of Convent Road, its not easy to find it, I have to ask help from some motorbike rider service find this place. Their hostel is still new but Their bed is really hard and they don't put away the cover plastic yet, so its not really comfortable to sleep in it. Anyway still better compare to other "Cacooon""

I felt Like Living in Convenant

It is located two minutes from the BTS and MRT stations and in a small alley that makes it perfect for getting out of the hustle and bustle.
