It's a clean, cozy, inexpensive hotel. The room is comfortable, there's no breakfast, but there's a mini-kitchen and a table with chairs, so there's no problem with cooking breakfast yourself. The location is very good, the sea is across the road, there's a lot of cafes nearby, there's a seventh-floor elevator in the neighboring building, a large macro supermarket and a night market with fruit, sausages, pancakes and other local food on foot.

It's a great cheap hotel.

Many typical Swedish reviews with a lot of complainments about this hotel. Okey they have no pool, no gym and no lift but you can see all of this in every booking sites when you make your reservation, so try to read the hotel information next time. This hotel has excellent and big rooms. We had a smell of something strange in our room but we only felt it when we entered and then it was gone after ten seconds. It's a clean and comfortable budget hotel with reasonable prices. The beach is like 20 seconds away so I think you can make that walk. We travelled with our baby and his stroller, which we could leave down in the lobby. The Wi-Fi is slow but works if you just want to read your daily news and so on. The aircondition was good.

Priceworthy

A clean, comfortable and inexpensive hotel, very convenient location! The room has everything you need, a small kitchen with a teapot and a refrigerator very convenient. They are cleaned regularly, fresh towels daily, a clean bed and only 1,000 baht a day.

It's a great place!

We stayed in the hotel for quite a long time, about 10 days, at first there was some excitement, but every day we saw all the new wonders, I'll describe the pros and cons: (we were taking a family luxury for 3 people) + Large and spacious room, 3 windows, which is a rarity for Thailand! The room is very cozy, a lot of wood, and the light from the window makes the room even more comfortable.

Not bad, but next time I'll pick another hotel.

Price performance is perfect, you have everything nearby, and to the beach you just have to cross the street, the rooms are big and clean, the wire only works on the hallway, but you can log in at the cheater next door.

White sand beach

For that kind of money, it's a disgusting hotel. There's no breakfast, but it wasn't too stressful, in the morning we walked down the road to the paphos hotel and for ridiculous money we bought breakfast, while sitting at a table on the beach. The pool, of course, it's not, but on such an island it's not particularly necessary, 50 meters from the hotel and you're on a beach with white sand.

That's good.

The rooms are very large with beds and well equipped (washbasins,...). The spacious bathroom had the best shower of our entire Southeast Asian trip. The rooms are very clean and there are fresh towels every day. The service was excellent with a good, affordable laundry service and the provision of bus tickets for our further trip to Bangkok as well. The hotel is very centrally located just a minute's walk from the great White Sand Beach. Only the Wi-Fi is greatly improved. If it worked at all (we had to restart the router 2x), then it was only very weak and slow.

Very good, centrally located hotel with large, well-equipped rooms

Great location the hotel is well situated but................. as other TA reviewers agree the hotel requires some improvement! We paid a little more and stayed in a deluxe room, lots of space, quiet, at the back of the hotel however, the shower was shocking, no water pressure and hardly warm! The shower drain was also very slow to clear. We complained at the front desk but nothing was done to rectify the shower, no real acknowledgement and no apology! Worst still the bed sheets were stained, they were washed but even so...... not nice! Don't think we would stay here again even for the location!

Not Good!

We stayed for only 1.5 days. The hotel is across the road from the sea. The drawbacks: nowhere to dry the laundry. Imagine you came from the beach, washed the bathroom and the sink, and nowhere to dry. No balconies. We went up to the roof to smoke. There's no breakfast either. Also there's no faucet near the hotel to wash the sand, so you drag that sand into your room. Around the hotel are swap shops, massage parlors (non-professional, tourist), bakeries, travel agents where you can buy transfers anywhere. I don't understand how you can go to Thailand and stay in a place like this for a long time.

Very uncomfortable.

For SGD$50 per night (high season), this is probably one of the cheapest I have found on the internet. Just the hotel opposite this place was like twice the amount. One bad thing is that this hotel as no lift and I stayed on the top floor. 

So I arrived at 3pm, rested awhile and went out to be treated with a majestic sight of the sun set! Highly recommended!
