It was just amazing everything was perfect ! We miss Nui and mon ! It is the best decision to go there ! The cooking class was also amazingggg! Thank you all for having us ! We will come back for sure !

Sweet life Community Guest House is a gem and it is a delight to be able to enjoy the environment that Mon, Mayan and their team of staff have created. They are excellent hosts and our experience of Ko Lanta was much enhanced as a result of staying there

The place is very cozy and cleaner than many much higher priced hotels and we really enjoyed it. We didn't notice when we were booking that the bathrooms were shared, but it didn't matter since it was so clean.
In the morning we went to Tommy's desk and in a few minutes he arranged us the perfect day with a plan for where to go, an half day private transportation, a reservation with the best table in an amazing restaurant with a breathtaking view and the ferry to Ko Lipe for the next morning; everything with a great price. 
He really made us feel extremely welcome and made our staying such a wonderful experience.

Sweet host, sweet stay! ❤

Sweet Life is a great place to stay to base yourself to explore the island. To be honest you could say that about a lot of places in the island, but staying in old town, if you have a busy day exploring on the scooter you can come back and relax in the quiet old town in the evening. 
The rooms are nice and clean, along with the shared bathroom. We had a sea view which is ideal for sunset or sunrise! The staff have a bit of a handsoff approach with an unmanned reception most of he day. However they provide a book with recommendations and a WhatsApp number for questions.

“I traveled to koh lanta with my friend for 10 days and we already fell in love with the guesthouse the moment we arrived. The design is so pretty and you will feel completely at home. We got the biggest room with balcony and fell asleep everyday with the sound of the sea. Shampoo, towels, even drinking water is always provided.. in walking distance there are shops and delicious restaurants to get everything you need. For literally anything else just ask the hosts or lovely Tommy, they will never let you down! I injured my leg during my stay and the whole sweetlife family took care of me like my real family! I absolutely recommend this place for every single aspect and can’t wait to go back!!”

Life is sweet in Koh Lanta!

It’s not only because of Mon’s and Maayan’s good vibes, friendliness  and smiley faces; it’s not only because of Tommy’s great hospitality and willing to help; it’s not only because the house is so cosy and well designed with care for all the small details; and it’s not only because of the quiet, lovely neighborhood, but all of those that make this place so special and magical. We were lucky to have this place for 7 nights to complete our amazing experience in Koh Lanta. 
If you are looking for a unique accommodation in a quiet, local village, between green trees, fireflies and the sound of toads, and you don’t mind driving a scooter - this place is for you. And don’t forget to watch the glowing plankton at night!

“A temporary Home” is not a cliche

My partner and I stayed at Sweet Life for 3 nights, the host Mon and his family were extremely friendly and helpful. We rented bikes from a place in old town (Mon can reccommed) which made getting to the other side of the Island easy. 

We stayed in a double room, it was very clean, bed was super comfy, we had a place to hang out clothes. The kitchen was very tidy and there was a fridge with beer you could pay for rather than have to go down to the store. :-) 

A lovely out of the way location , morning market nearby too, and it was nice to see the historic side of the island. We loved Ko Lanta.

Mon also runs cooking classes and it smelled amazing :) 
Eveyrone else staying at the guesthouse was very friendly too

Relaxing paradise and friendly hosts

This place is magical, it's like home. It's a real place where you can exchange with the locals, the neighbors! We feel so good here that we stayed for a week! The hosts are so kind and make your stay a dream! This corner of the island is the best and with a scooter you're on the other side in 20 minutes to enjoy the beaches! There's everything in the village also to cook, meet people... in short, everything here is perfect!

The place that makes you stay in Ko Lanta for a week!

This accommodation is simply to be recommended. To the friendly, helpful and simple hosts Mon and Maayan: if you need anything, they should be there with advice and action. For example, we needed a transfer from the very crowded pier in Sanadan to the house. We contacted the two and were picked up with a sign directly at the pier and brought safely to the house. This trip to the other taxi drivers was also inexpensive. Any tips on the Mayan at the reception or even in between are highly recommended. In addition, you can also book trips, scooters and real Thai cooks with Mon. We can also book a little extra food at the top of the house: an orderly refrigeration room with drinks and snacks, a refrigerator in the building, a small room in front of the hotel, so you can enjoy everything in this room, so it's very convenient to have a nice, clean and comfortable room, so you can enjoy everything in this room, so you can have a nice, warm and clean, and comfortable place, and everything in this room, so that you can enjoy it all the time, and everything in this room, so you

It's just a dream - wonderful hosts

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and we had a great time. The rooms were neatly maintained, the bathrooms shared but very clean and the owners exquisite and always available, even via Whatsapp. In all the rooms, there is a booklet with all kinds of information about the island, from the beaches, to the excursions and restaurants. They provided us with the scooter and came to pick us up at the port.
