Me and my wife came for a curry not sure what to expect, WOW amazing we came back for a second time and had the chicken dansak, garlic Naan and vegetable pilau rice, seriously 10/10 we know our curries as we are from Birmingham UK , everything cooked fresh, u won't be disappointed trust me.
Staff spot on, spotless and very welcoming.

THE BEST IN PHUKET 

The hotel is set back from the main road and only a short walk to the beach. I was one of three guests due to the situation.
My Superior double room was a good size. Aged hotel but feels solid as is what I think was the original furniture. Wardrobe with hanging and storage space with drawers. Quiet aircon, adequate lighting and TV with international channels.The bed had clean linens with a typical firm mattress.
The bathroom was the downside. You have to step up and over to stand in the bathtub to use a hand held shower rose. Might not be practical for those not so agile.The soap/shampoo was not easily accessible. Also, each time I set my preferred water temperature after about 5 minutes the water inexplicably became very hot. Spooky. If they removed the bath tubs and replaced with recessed showers they would be far more user friendly.
With only 3 guests, breakfast was limited to eggs and/or bacon, small hotdogs, toast, jams, coffee, juice and 2 fruits which was enough for me. There was a restaurant just down the road where I had dinner each night after watching the sunset at the beach.
Overall I had a comfortable stay except for the bathroom.

Quiet central location

Very well situated hotel, close to restaurants, bars, shops...a little over 5 minutes walk from the beach. Located in a busy area, the rooms are very quiet as they are out of the way from the street. Very spacious and very clean rooms, the hotel has a restaurant and a massage room. Very cozy breakfast included, American type. Very kind and very helpful staff. Taxi service to the airport cheap.

We stayed here for 7 nights during our trip to Phuket: a really strategic hotel location, in the heart of Kata a few steps from the beautiful beach (2 beds and umbrella 200 bath all day). In the surroundings there is everything, restaurants, markets, shops, 7eleven... the hotel is quite simple in furnishing, but clean and the owners are really very nice, smiling and available.

A very Thai palace.

Low season is from June til September and we ended up paying about Cdn$30 for a large room (850 sq ft) with two double beds!!  It's older, but clean and well kept.  Marble tiles throughout.

Free bottled water, beer in fridge (not free), 8 minutes walk to Kata Beach, lots of restaurants and 7/11 outside.  Most importantly, very helpful staff -- my daughter had a fever on the day of check out and the staff all helped to take care of her.  They even brought us "stressed out" parents some snacks and mangosteen.

Highly recommend for family with children.

Great value, large rooms

I wish I could go back right now! The hotel is located just a 5 minute walk from Kata Beach, it is in the center yet so quiet and ideal for a relaxing stay. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean throughout, staff is amazing, reception staff are happy to help. Lovely rooms with balconies, beautifully carved Thai decor everywhere on the aisles. A very welcoming place and people, just like Thailand itself. The hotel also has a restaurant with wide local and continental menu and a Thai massage place, the food they serve is the best around Kata. I would highly recommend this hotel! 

The loveliest hotel I’ve ever been!

There was a week.The staff was friendly and always helped,but the room without windows and the furniture is very worn out.The pastel underwear and pillows are yellow.There is no curtain in the bathroom and when you take a bath there is water on the floor.The TV is old but with a digital attachment and shows 2 Russian channels.The air conditioner was cooling not very much.The balcony is tiny and went to the roof of the cafe.The furniture and cabinets are very old and the cabinets doors are about to collapse.

Very, very modest.

Great service and very friendly staff. The rooms have good air conditioning and a fridge. The location is perfect 90 seconds walk to Kata beach. Very cheap when booking in advance. Good value for money. The balcony was very small. I would recommend this hotel.

Just what you need in Kata

Very cozy personal always available at any time of day or night beautiful big clean rooms near the sea perfect for a relaxing holiday it's already the fourth year we're coming and I think this will forever be my place 1200 bath with breakfast included

The rooms have a tiny balcony with an exit to the wall, no curtains, no windows, although the superyor is standard, even higher. There are fans, glasses, cabinets, TVs, beds have been moved, table, trunk, tiny refrigerator, no safes, towels for face and body and a couple for the beach, in the shower is a short bathroom, the water leaks through the edge, no curtains, the window in the bathroom does not open, the shower cord is short, you had to sit down to wash yourself completely, shampoo and gels are symbolic - you don't have to rent a bus until tomorrow morning, you only have a free shower cap and bags of water for the bathroom, we'll go to the bathroom.
