I stayed in the hotel as part of a tourist trip in Turkey. I honestly don't understand any good reviews because the hotel is completely out of the category I mentioned. Minus: 1. The interior is old, everything needs repairs 2. The lobby and the room were unbearable wet and hot. It turned out that the room had a fully functioning battery (the first time I see this in Turkish hotels).

Two terrible days.

Thermal Turkey is an opening for me. We went to an unknown resort and hotel, but we were very happy - everything turned out great! The room was beautiful and clean. The food in the restaurant was varied and of high quality. The staff of the hotel was attentive and helpful, without greed, all friendly! Everything was clean and well taken care of.

The hotel is a great place to relax.

Unfortunately, this hotel has fallen into disrepair since last year. Unfortunately, the hotel has deteriorated by 100 percent in terms of food/staff/cleanliness and management.

I'm afraid it's been a long time.

Excellent for congress activities. Guest relation manager is very helpful and second to none for making the guest comfortable for extreme guest satisfaction. Location of hotel is easily reachable. Spa and thermal facilities and i door pool very clean and staff are very well for kind hospitality.

Excellent hospitality and helpful staff

Indoor pool with slides and hot thermal water pools are great, rooms are renovated and good restaurant with delicious food. The indoor swimming pool is nice and fun for the family with a b,g water slide

Comfortable two night stay at the Budan Hotel. Booked last minute while travelling through Afyon via the Internet. Reception staff were welcoming and knowledgable about the area and things to do. 
Room was spacious and the bed was very big. Shower was powerful and has different jets and settings which are easy to use. 
Room was clean, however there was a continuous stale cigarette smell that lingered throughout our stay. Extremely off putting. 
Breakfast choices were plentiful and of decent quality. Dinner however was extremely disappointing and did not feel it was value for money. We instead chose to go to the Etci Baba Restaurant next door. 
Unfortunately, we did not get to experience the thermal spa in the hotel. The spa is separate for men and women, and my partner and I did not wish to go to the spa and relax without each other, for us it defeated the point of staying away from home and having a mini break. 
The hotel is value for money, and you get what you pay for. I would recommend the Budan Hotel, but would enquire about other hotel options first before staying here again. 

Comfortable two night stay

We spent a night in Budan in our way to Istanbul, returning back from vacation.  Hotel workers are very attentive and helpful.   It is relatively a new hotel so amenities and rooms are in good shape.  Although did not have a chance to use the spa and pool extensively, thermal pool was nice.  Breakfast had lots of selection and tasted good. Compared to other similar hotels in Afyon, price to value is the best.  Would stay again.

Good service

The pools are suitable for families with children, there are both cold and warm water pools for children. bath, sauna, steam room, salt room, thermal pools and swimming pool available. The meals were delicious and varied. Overall we were pleased, the only thing I could complain about was the sound insulation in the rooms, the sound of the TV in the side room sounded like it was in our room. I also think that you will prefer more if you are full board or all inclusive.
I recommend you, you will not regret it.

We had been for 1 night on December, 3rd. The child bed could not be put in the room until 23.30 even we requested in reservation and reminded 3 times. The dinner was ultra tasteless. Distance between pool and hamam is too much, you have to pass from a cool place. Hamam was fine with good massage&foam staff. We had visited competitor hotels (Oruçoğlu, İkbal, Güral) before so we had good benchmark. I don't think we will choose Budan again.

Very poor service

It's just worth a visit and getting into the hot spa swimming pools! Every day a part of the spa is open, carry a towel, and avoid bikini, preferably mayo. We stayed one afternoon and it was enough to relax and get our energy back!
