It was very nice to spend time here. The location is nice: near to the sea and forest also it is close to shops. The room is very beautiful in 
authentic style. Also there is a garden with trees and flowers where we spent time. The host is really friendly. He knows english and the communication was fast and easy. He helped us with advices about transport. Also the breakfast was large and tasty. Highly recommended!

Very nice and cosy hotel with the brilliant host

The hotel is located just next to a pine forest and 5mins (by walk) away from the beach. I slept with the sounds of waves and woke up with the singing birds. Hotel manager and owner Emir Bey is a great host. This is one of the top boutique hotels in Europe and by far the best value for money stay I ever had. I would definitely recommend it.

Impeccable stay

The most amazing to stay in Akyaka! 
The ottoman style house is beautiful and Emir, the manager, was really nice and helpful. 
We stayed in the luxury suite on the top floor where we could enjoy a nice fire during the evening. 
Totally recommend it, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing place!

Imir greeted us when we arrived with a smile. He was so friendly. We were delighted when we saw the penthouse apartment where we would spend Christmas.  The quartz pink tiles on the floor, the wood ceiling and other wood furniture gave the romantic feeling of being in the special place, Akyaka. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. The bathroom spacious and everything was clean.  The balcony had a lovely view. We happily sat by the fire in the evening.  The location is great, so easy to get to the beach and restaurants. The river boat was fabulous.

The direct access to nature, to the waterfront with caffè and Restaurants, to the beach and to the boat tours departing Dock are just details of why this was the best stay by far I ever had in Europe.

Weather you are travelling for work like me, alone or with you family, or friends, the Liya location, and accommodation typology and the warm and respectful community of guests that the property manager skillfully manages to create just make this place unique.

The best place I ever stayed at in Europe.

It was my first time in Akyaka, and I was lucky to land at Liya Boutique Hotel: Great place with a location very close to the sea, great wooden interior design... and imagine you wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning! The hotel provides you with all the basics you need, from hot water to a mini-fridge. Most importantly, Emir Bey, who runs the hotel, is ready to help you in every way. When my friend burned her hand, he immediately appeared at our door with ice cubes, and he also did not forget to give us insider tips about the coolest places to visit in Akyaka - such a perfect host! I am sure it will give you the best Akyaka experience to stay at Liya Boutique Hotel!

Best Akyaka experience

Had a really nice stay and feel lucky to have found this place. The hotel is newly done and the rooms are very specious and clean. It was great to have a small private balcony. At night we chilled by the fire in the garden and hangout with the other guests. 
The center of town is only a few minute drive or by walk. 
The host was very friendly and hospitable. 
I would stay again next time I’m in Akayka.

Thank you very much to Emir (owner) who always poured us coffee/tea/sweets throughout the day from start to finish. Price/performance was top. The location could not have been better, 5 minutes to the beach and restaurants and bars. The rooms are very clean and beautifully furnished in traditional Ottoman design.

Family sweet little boutique hotel

This is the second time my partner and I stayed in Villa Yonca, and it keeps surprising us: rooms are spacious and spotless, service is excellent and breakfast will leave you speechless. 

Leyla hanım and her husband are wonderful hosts, so we cannot wait to come back next year.

Best deal in Akyaka

Villa Yonca is a very nice house which has led me to stay one more night. Very quiet location, large rooms and beautiful terrace where you want to spend quiet evenings. The bathrooms and some of the rooms were completely newly equipped. All very clean. So top to recommend. The staff is helpful and very friendly. The management of Mrs. Leyla and her husband were very friendly and conversational. I would always like to visit this property again when I am in Akyaka. There were many parking options on the quiet street. Bar and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes walk.
