Stayed with my sister on January 2023. Due to business visits to Antakya I stayed in this hotel for more than 100 nights about 4 or 5 years ago.  My 2023 review... Rooms were clean and staff were helpful, but the room service was really terrible. There were no room compliments and there was no kettle. They claimed that the kettles were taken from all the rooms in order to be cleaned and they provided us with one after we asked. Each time they visited our room we were like reminding them that this is missing and this is missing and they didn't bother to check for what is missing themselves and bring everything all together. Also although I was not expecting too much about the breakfast but it was even worse than my expectations. I'm pretty sure I will check another hotel in my next visit to Antakya.

We were very satisfied. Breakfast was good if you asked if you could get chicken you immediately got a yes. staff very nice and kind. For the price hammer.

The good recommendations are true

Stayed at the Hotel for 2 nights May 12th- May 14th.
I made reservation directly through email and the price they gave me was 120 USD(about 250 TL at the time of writing) for two nights. The price on booking.com was about 258 TL. But when I checked out early in the morning on the 14th the front desk staff asked for 354 TL. I showed her the email with the price which the hotel had in record . The staff responded that they changed the manager and the price was raised. But I was NEVER informed of this. Had I known this I would definitely not stay at their hotel. I argued with them for 30 minutes but no agreement was reached and my credit card was charged 354 TL.
When I got back home I phoned the hotel and talked to the manager AHMET. He told me he could NOT speak English and can not help me. So much for a five star hotel manager.
I asked my Turkish friend to call the hotel and they refused a refund as well.
Although it claims to be a five star hotel it is actually located in a renovated apartment building. The facilities are average and can be easily surpassed by four star hotels in other provincial cities(with a much lower price). The breakfast is average.
Overall it is a terrible hotel, service is really bad, there is no honesty. I would advise everyone to stay away.

Terrible Hotel... Stay away

Good car access and parking. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Wonderfully decorated hotel room. Shower robe was delightful. If you go into the city and have a car do drive its quicker than walking. felt safe walking at night in the city.

Beautiful room

I was on an extended business trip to Antakya. I stayed at the Saadet Grand Hotel for 22 days. All the staff from the Family who owns the Hotel right down to waiters, chambermaids, The Sous-Chef at breakfast, you name it, were extremely friendly and took great care of me throughout my stay. The Hotel even provided  boiled potatoes after I got sick over some food poisoning I contacted during a lunch in a far away town. The Hotel even sent a shuttle to collect me from the 45 km-away Airport around 10 PM upon my arrival from Ankara. The room was excellent; equipped with large-screen LED TV with built-in satellite receiver and 2000 channels, ample working space, squeaky clean bathroom and walk-in shower. It was a pleasure to sip Antakya's unique Süvari coffee out on the porch  or on the terrace chatting with the owners of the Hotel who were always on premises. The Owner helped me rent a car at a much cheaper rate than is posiible using his connections. The Hotel is located in a quiet and clean residential area in contrast to other hotels all located and the busy, noisy downtown, but just minutes away in a taxi or half an hour walk on a rather pleasant street.  In short, stay at this Hotel...

Excellent service!

This hotel is brand new and the service is extraordinary. The staff is at any minute trying to support you. The rooms are new and large. The bathrooms are very nice.It is the best I have seen so far in Hatay. It is central but very calm at nights.The manager speaks a very good English and you can always communicate with. I can recommend the hotel to business and tourist travels.
