Stayed for a night. New hotel centrally located, good service, decent breakfast, large rooms, clean large bathroom, well-functioning heating, strong wifi connection. Attached to a newly developing shopping area. A cool sports bar and roof bar as well as a steak restaurant. 

And the things not so liked. The rooms we had on the 5th floor had strong cigarette odor. Keep in mind that the rooms did not have balconies and half-opening windows, so i assumed the previous occupants did smoke in the room. Duvet was short, and small for the king size bed i had. For a separate note, it was installed side out. In maintenance term the hotel overall and the rooms seemed to have certain upkeep issues due to number of occasions i encountered lack of some detail cleaning and maintenance.

Overall, it is a good property to stay. Watch the odor in the room though. I would stay again.

Things i liked and not so liked

I stayed in this hotel just for a night and had a corner room in 5th floor. The room was spacious, well decorated and amusing. It was definitely comfortable besides the shower, the pressure of water was not sufficient; and I guess the AC doesn't set the temperature you select in thermostat because even though I set it to 24, it was much cooler than that. 

Breakfast was delicious with lots of selections.

The hotel is built on top of a mall, if you're interested.

The staff is probably not accustomed to high quality hotel; they need some experience to fully adapt to customer relations.

Comfortable Hotel

This is one of my favourite hotels in Turkey.
This time I stayed for 5 nights to attend "Oil Wrestling Tournament " held in Kurtdere .

First of all, staff are well trained and helpful. Some of them speak English. 

Secondly rooms are spacious and functional. My preference is a Deluxe double room. Rooms are either facing front ( highways) or backside ( railways). The former gets the sun in the afternoon. The latter in the morning. There are a few movements of trains , but I was not bothered during sleep.
The walls between rooms seem quite soundproof. I did not hear any noise from the next room during 6days, even though hotel was full.

Thirdly, the location. It is between bus terminal and city center. Because the hotel is on top of shopping center, taxis are always available (15TL to city center).
I came from Istanbul to Edermit by air and to Balikesir by car(a little over one hour).You can negotiate and get a good deal with Yaylada Taxi to pick you up at the airport.

Breakfast lineup is quite good. First morning I found very tasty scrambled eggs with sucuk (sausages). But following mornings it disappeared. I told the restaurant manager, that menemen and boiled eggs are not enough. Then he promised to talk with the chef. So on the last day scrambled eggs with sucuk was in a lineup! Thanks Eyup.

Cost performance of this hotel is also excellent. This will be always my home in Balikesir.

Excellent service, spacious room, good location 

I am glad I got the suite because it's well spaced with a balcony ..however nothing interesting about the view but good fresh air..the room service was great but such a pity that some stuff could not comprehend English making it slightly difficult to request an order from the kitchen.however I did love my stay here .its right next to the mall and the hotel has everything from a restaurant to an inn bar .the suite had a mini fridge but only for non alcoholic drinks 🍹.the best part was the tab ...I soaked myself as I sipped wine ...the hotel was quiet too and warm 🙃

The tub 🛀🏿 

Hotel has 4 star. Hotel good located of the city. Rooms are big and comfortable. Beds are too comfortable. Hotel is top of the yaylada shopping center. Breakfast is delicious.
Beds : wireless network is very slowly. There is the railway behind the hotel. It's too noisy.

Comfortable hotel

Very nice and clen hotel for very good price level. Friendly personal, big, comfortable and clen - higher standard rooms. Located in the big shopping center, but absolutely quiet with some possibilities to shop and to have quick food.. If you prepef to be walk distance to center, probably this is not a choice for you, but if this us not an issue I definitelly recommend! 

excelent servis/price

Very good experience in this hotel in Balikesir. Very clean, spacious rooms, great restaurant. I stayed there for one night for professional reasons. I will probably return there because it is both easy to access and of good quality. The breakfast was good.

This is a great hotel.

The only reason I don't make a perfect note is the restaurant that even though it's nickel from the outside leaves a desire for service side: the servers don't speak very well English and it's impossible to get exactly what you ordered.
