Contrary to reviews on this hotel which describe it as lovely, clean and friendly, believe me it is not. Those reviews are from repeat offenders who for seem reason or other all seem to have rose tinted glasses on.
This hotel is by far the filthiest place I have ever stayed in. There are absolutely no standards of hygiene. 
The room was not cleaned, the towels were not changed,  the bins not emptied, sheets not changed. 
The pool area was not cleaned once during our stay, and there was always animal waste around the pool, which was from either the numerous feral cats wandering around or the stray dogs which had a habit of coming into the hotel.
The bar and restaurant areas were also filthy, and I doubt very much whether the tables had ever seen a damp cloth. The soft furnishings are also filthy and full of cats hairs. This might suit those that go from day to night in their beachwear, but for those of us who have high standards of cleanliness this is absolutely disgusting.
As mentioned previously,  it appears that most of the other guests are repeat offenders and this is made quite clear by the staff who all seem to fuss and fawn over these ghastly people. 
Personally I wish I had avoided this place, but as they say, you live and learn. Never again!

Please avoid this hotel

Room was always clean, staff always helpful, pool area always safe and clean, hotel is very well situated for other restaurants if required and shops are very close, as Is beach. I have read other comments on here which are desperately in accurate from people that probably that probably go out of their way to annoy and complain and are so racist they should be stripped off their UK passport, bring shame and stigma to those who actually go on holiday to have a good time

I have been to this hotel many times and it has always been excellent and one review on here is particularly inaccurate

This is a typically Turkish family owned hotel. The bar is extremely expensive and unless you are there most nights spending money, the family and few staff they hire can be quite rude. Typically Turkish family standards in terms of cleaning (it's pretty poor) and an extremely 'cliquey' hotel where people seem to return multiple times a year for the last few decades hence the slip in standards and the rudeness towards new guests. Cats jump up onto tables and take food. They also jump up onto the breakfast bar in the breakfast room and help themselves. This is not hygienic at all, despite being an animal lover. 
Lots of flies at breakfast which speaks volume about cleanliness. From experiencing the cleaning whilst sat on the balcony; they knocked on the door at 11:17, we let them in and at 11:19 they left. Mopped but not swept. Didn't even go into the bathroom so the sink and toilet were not seen let alone cleaned. Never given loo roll and rarely any towels. This became an ongoing joke and topic of discussion with the guests. Pool area stayed relatively clean despite not seeing it swept or washed down once during our month long stay. 

To be put bluntly, the staff are useless and the family aren't much better. There's a young lad who wanders around aimlessly who has no idea how to clean a table with a different/clean cloth. A man who chats away in Turkish, pretends to kick the cats, then laughs and is as much use as a chocolate fire guard. He also kicks the outdoor furniture when there's a cat on it and finds it amusing. This is a man-child who clearly has a control issue and talks in Turkish under his breath when clearing tables. Another man of an evening who doesn't work as often and we didn't see as much. And Peter who is clearly the life and soul of the hotel and about the only reason people continue to return. 
There are many recycling bins which is great to see but when staff empty them, they all go in the one Bag Evleri bin. Nothing is actually recycled! 
In our last week, our room wasn't cleaned once, we didn't get loo rolls for 25 days, there was never soap in the bathroom, pool toilets often without loo roll and we were not the only ones to notice and mention it. However, nothing was done. The family don't deserve this hotel and it is such a missed opportunity. No offering of help with cases when we arrived at midnight and same as we left. Simply unkind. 
All of the above are a true shame because the location is good, pool area is great and it's a nice looking b&b but the family running it have become very complacent. 

Things we like ✅
    ●Good firm mattress. 
    ●Furniture, layout and feel of breakfast/dining and pool area. 
    ●Shower pressure.
    ●Plenty of umbrellas by pool. 
    ●Tree by dining area. 
    ●People leaving unwanted items such as toiletries and the book shelves. 
    ●Good size room. 
    ●Towels and bedding often smells absolutely fantastic! Towels sometimes soft too. 

Things we don't like ❌
    ●Lack of cleaning. 
    ●No attention to detail. 
    ●Number of cats, dogs, fleas and fights between the animals during breakfast. Cats also witnessed jumping up onto breakfast bar taking meat which I alerted to the staff. 
    ●Dogs weeing up the pool side toys and furniture (witnessed and mentioned by someone else during our stay). 
    ●Lack of bin emptying and toilet roll replenishing. 
    ●Small balcony, dated, rusty and uncomfortable furniture. 
    ●Plastic spoons and plastic cups.... Absolutely horrible!! 
    ●The phone in our room ringing at all hours with no one on the other end. It rang at 06:32 on a Sunday. 
    ●The salt and pepper on the tables are disgusting. They're smashed, some have veen superglued together and most don't even work. 
    ●Cracked plates and bowls with chips on edges and/or glued back together. This is an absolute NO because ofnthe hygiene, safety and bacteria reasons. 
    ●CCTV cameras facing the pool area. There are 3 directly onto the pool and sunbed area. Intrusive feeling. 
    ●TV has very poor signal quality so everything lags, the quality isn't great and it freezes every 2 minutes. 
    ●The bass of the speakers beginning at 23:30 suddenly some nights. It was INCREDIBLY noisy. 
    ●Banging/hammering at the back of the hotel where the washing machines are at 7am. 
    ●Cleaning of breakfast tables - with the same cloth done very lethargically by the young lad with no spray or disinfect. 
    ●Pool area NEVER swept or washed down. 
    ●Breakfast area never washed down. 

Suggestions 🙏🏼
    ●Someone from the hotel to actually read and act on the reviews!! 
    ●Protectors on mattresses and pillows. 
    ●Somewhere to put the toilet roll. There is nowhere and due to the layout, it has to go on the floor. 
    ●Better quality and choice of breakfast. 
    ●Some books on bookshelf in reception are riddled in mites, this needs looking at. 
    ●Family members/owners need to check the rooms a little more often than they are doing. 
    ●Emptying of bins more often.
    ●New towels, preferably without holes. 
    ●Better washed towels and bedding. 
    ●Updating of rooms. They are very tired looking. 
    ●Air con included in price. 
    ●Soap for the sink as there's nothing to wash your hands with and a generic soap dispenser in the shower would be nice. 
    ●Larger and better quality TVs in room. 
    ●Play something other than football on ALL the TVs downstairs. 
    ●Replace the salt and peppers. 
    ●Replace broken crockery. 
    ●Better WiFi. Often said 'connected but no Internet connection' or 'average quality'. 
    ●2 bins. 1 for the toilet and 1 for the room. They aren't emptied daily and due to toilet paper going in the bin, the current little one fills quickly. 
    ●Toilets by pool and breakfast room would benefit from a handle on the inside of the cubicle as you have to pull the door towards you to get out. 
    ●Lights in the hallway and stairs en route to the room need sensors that detect the movement soonsr because the walk is very dark on the stairs and to the room. 
    ●Bedside table for the single bed would be nice. 


Family have become complacent. 

Pool good and sunbed area OK. Situated at the edge of the noisy strip near to building works. Bins not emptied,  rooms not cleaned, no toiletries or toilet paper left. Dirty bedding & towels. Breakfast never changes, drinks dire!
Staff are generally only friendly to those who revisit year after year & drink at their expensive bar!!! Music too loud, especially on certain nights, it's beyond unacceptable. Dogs & cats abound, pity them but not hygienic & yet no kindness shown from staff. (They need rehoming!) Desperate for a refurb' & decent management & staff!!! 
Shame as it has potential but owners have become complacent, indifferent, blinkered! Money, only, counts!

Only acceptable / popular with long time 'revisiters!'

I don’t no really where to start. I have been here for 12 days and only had our room cleaned once however that was just making the bed. Bathroom never cleaned and never being given new towels. We had to go and find some from their cleaning cupboards along with toilet rolls .  Showers filled with hair so that the shower water never drains. Pool was a lovely size however never cleaned around the pool area. Also building work going on around the pool so you couldn’t try to relax as all you can hear is men shouting at each other and power tools. Bar had no soft drinks always being told it’s due to end of season. Thank god for the shop across the road. Only bonus was that the staff were very friendly

Worst hotel I have been to

Basic hotel, friendly staff, fantastic location, rooms could do with an update, towels new every 3 days, rooms cleaned every 3 days could do with being every other day. Cheap and cheerful Booked for next September

Basic Hotel great location

This is a friendly little hotel, yes it is basic. No frills traditional breakfast and a selection of cereal. Family business with lovely staff and a good menu for eating in. Bar is well stocked and do great cocktails xx

Lovely place

We go home tomorrow after a 14 day stay. The outdoor space, pool, bar & dining area are spacious and clean. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Breakfast is typical Turkish breakfast of meat, cheese, tomato, cucumber, olives, boiled eggs and fresh crusty bread. In addition there are cereals, cake, biscuits and different spreads eg honey & jam. Turkish tea in a big urn and a coffee machine with various options. Our bedroom is basic as is the bathroom. Bedroom needs more drawer space & a refurbishment would be great, however everything works. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Our towels & bedding were changed every 3 days. Room cleaning is an issue though. Our room has had only the bare minimum of cleaning since we arrived; in fact, the wash basin has never been cleaned throughout our stay. I think we were lucky to be allocated a good sized room with a decent balcony in a quiet part of the hotel. I think we got good value for a 2 star hotel but they definitely need to address the cleaning issue.

Plus side - Hotel Bar & Reception Staff always there to help you. Bed Mattress is nice & hard which I prefer. Pool is big with plenty of sunbeds.

Negatives - 
Bathroom is filthy with mould every where. Rooms only cleaned 3 times during my 7 night stay. 
Loud music from nearby pubs/clubs which go on till 2am.
I was on B&B but it was cold buffet breakfast and  same through out my stay.

On Travel website hotel details page (when I booked)  it said Air conditioning was FREE but at check in I was told it was £5 per night. I opted not to take AC and during the stay I was bitten by mosquitos every night.

Hotel needs a proper refurb through out. 
Would I stay here again? NO

AVOID THIS HOTEL!!

I'm amazed that there are any positive reviews on this hotel.

We have never been to a hotel that is so dirty. The room was not cleaned once during our week stay. We had to empty the bathroom bin ourselves , and given that you can't flush paper down the toilets, one would think that cleaning would be one of the hotels priorities. Luckily, we had nappy sacks with us. But that's besides the point, it should be the hotels responsibility to ensure that this is taken care of daily.

The pool area was absolutely filthy. It was not hosed down or swept once during our stay. There is cat poo everywhere, underneath sunbeds, at the side of the pool, you name it and it was there and for days there was some on the edge of the kids pool!! Absolutely disgusting.

With regards to the pool area, it was difficult to get a sunbed, and after seeing people putting out their towels at 3am in the morning it's no surprise.

The hotel has a massive problem with stray cats. They are everywhere, and not one member of staff does anything to alleviate the problem. They let the cats lay on the soft furnishings, which obviously we wasn't immediately aware of until after sitting on the cushions we were covered in flea bites! Also stray dogs around the hotel. One morning we witnessed a stray dog cock it's leg and pee against a chair, and again, a blind eye was turned by the hotel and no member of staff came to clean it up.  And yet there are people writing reviews on how clean this hotel is? I dread to think what their standards of hygiene are like.

This hotel is considered to be Bed & Breakfast. If you consider a piece of bread and jam as substantial then this is obviously for you.

The staff at the hotel, especially those at the bar are very unfriendly and somewhat ignorant. We only used the bar to have a quick drink before going out for the evening. However, each time we did they would ignore us waiting to be served and would serve others who came to the bar after us. Those served first were usually guests who are regular visitors. There seemed to be no consistency with the prices either. There was a couple of occasions when I was overcharged, and I also had to tell them a couple of times they had short changed me. All I say is be very careful and check your change, or better still don't use this bar. Unless you're a regular they don't make you feel very welcome.

Lastly, most of the other guests staying at this hotel are returning guests, who seem to go there two or three times a year. They are very cliquey, and it was clear that they thought they own this hotel. And God forbid if you have the temerity to criticise the hotel and it's shortcomings. This clique is lead by a rather unpleasant individual who seemed to be the Ringleader and mouthpiece for everyone else. On our last day, as we were leaving, together with her sidekick she started to insult us ( wonder why they wasn't brave enough to say anything before?) with expletives that cannot be mentioned on this forum, but begin with the letter C, telling us we had ruined everyones holiday because they overheard us saying how dirty the hotel is, and that they all love it there. That is their perogative but as paying guests, our opinion of the hotel is as equally as valid as their misguided opinions. The hotel is filthy whether they like to admit it or not. But as they say though, simple things please simple minds.
In my opinion, this hotel is best avoided, and I challenge anyone to tell me contrary to my review, as I also have photographic evidence to back up my comments about how dirty this hotel is. Please  do not waste your money by staying there.
