Unhygienic, room bathroom dirty, no room service/cleaning, too few plates or dishes when eating, too many defects in general.

Not recommended, unhygienic

At the welcome, the hotel service tried to offer lower standard room. When we refused we had to spend one night in a terrible building which is normally not offered to guests. 

Finally the next day in the evening we received a dirty room, which was never cleaned up during our 2-weeks stay, there were no fresh towels, the bathroom was in a terrible condition, it happened there was no water and the toilet didn't work. 

No wi-fi working in the hotel, average food in a dirty "restaurant", a very dirty pool. Bad looking "beach" near the hotel.

Polish TUI division rejected our claim - what they sell and offer on their website is not conform with the reality - outrageous - see you in court.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in it is filthy our room was not cleaned in whole week we were there, reception is un caring and say they will action the cleaning but do nothing then lie when you go back and ask for the room to be cleaned, the restaurant it filthy food is bland and not very much choice, the only alcoholic drinks are gin vodka red or white wine and lager  , for 3 days there was no white wine every where is filthy the grounds are un kept grass not cut weeds everywhere

Do not stay here

This “Hotel” is like hell on earth. If I could give it minus stars I would.
Do not waste a single penny on this place & LOVE HOLIDAYS shame on you for doing absolutely nothing about moving us. All other companies have moved people but not you.
Rather than list what is bad about this place, it’s easier to list what is good….. NOTHING!
Seriously please don’t come here, you’d have a more luxurious meal in a Mexican prison.

Worst hotel I’ve ever visited

Extremely poorly run resort, the food is terrible for choice quality and hygiene. Dinner was regularly warmed up for breakfast and lunch. The food hall is chaotic with plates and cutlery running out and tables not being cleared. Terrible smells, flies and stray cats in the main restaurant. 

There is no health and safety on site. Did not see one lifeguard the whole week I was there and I don't believe the pool was ever clean or checked. 

The whole resort was unkept and would never return. Whilst I was there I saw two different families refuse to stay and they were moved by the tour operator. Unfortunately I booked with love holiday who did absolutely nothing. Do not use them.

Do not book!!!

My daughter and I have been there for 6 days. It's too hot to go on day trips in the basement, so pool, beach, pool. It's a nice, large facility, ideal for families with schoolchildren or groups who want to have a pool party together for a week. High demands on food and drink are not allowed, then it's okay. 99 percent of the rooms also have windows to the manager in Germany, but that doesn't mean sea view. In the annexes, you can go to the basement on the ground floor, so pool, pool, in the main building has only half the sea, the other half the trees in front of the balcony.

Nice for small money.

This hotel has really nice location and food tastes great.  Everebody who works here is kind and helpfull. Waiters here are fun and polite guys especially Ercan and Abdullah. Room for two people is modern and cozy.

Grand Sahir’s Gümüldur

The rooms are dirty, ants are all over the place. There was only an ant spray offered, but no new room. The pools are okay, but they could afford cleaning. The grounds are fenced with a fence that looks like a prison. The food is not varied, but okay. Drinks are underground for Allin, because there is only beer, vodka, gin, raki, water and sweetened fruit juices. The area is manageable. If you just want to lie on the beach/pool, or shop a little and have no claims, that's fine for a week. Once and never again!

Not recommended

We booked blindly and read the recessions afterwards. Some things you can 't confirm some things you can 't confirm. We had a room with sea and pool overlooking the quiet pool. Rooms were clean and room service came every day. Bathroom could be renovated, food was very good with a large selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful. In itself a great hotel complex. Not far to the sea. The beach is a little sand or space to walk but a little further then you find enough space.

It's worth a visit.

I've never seen such a bad hotel. The rooms are all in need of renovation even if you've booked Superior. We booked a 4 bed room and got 3 beds. My 10 year old daughter should sleep in a baby cot or with her brother in a bed. After a lot of stress, we got a delivery bed. The pictures are far from reality and Sandstrand I wouldn't call the affordable sandstone-M bunch either. The sand is dirty and unfortunately our children have also gotten into broken glass bottles. Our 4 videos were not cleaned even though we first pointed it out.
