Excellent place to stay, has a very friendly and caring owner. The room was excessively clean and everything was perfect, considering the view and price. I don’t feel like there is another option at the same level. I loved it and surely I’ll be back.

Amazing place and the best option to stay in Heybeliada

I spent 2 nights in this structure with my husband.The place is very pretty and romantic, the room really clean and with an amazing view!The owner is cool and nice.I definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant holiday on the island.

Loved it 

A wonderful boutique hotel with a fantastic view of Istanbul’s Asian coastline. It was freezing outside but warm and cozy inside. Well managed by  a young couple giving full attention to every detail. The rooms were tastefully designed, but fairly simple.

2019-20 NY Eve

We stayed in the purple room with a large terrace for 2 nights but definitely we’ll go there again. Staff were really helpful, every guest can use the kitchen for cooking or taking whatever they need, room was clean and every staff we needed, has already put in the room before we came. Staying there was amazing, location was really good and so close to everywhere, there wasn’t any noice, the only thing you can here is silence, peace and lovely seagulls... We felt like we’re in a different place not in the island...

Perfect Place to Stay

Lovely, tastefully decorated room with a balcony offering a stunning view out over the rooftops of the town, the blue sea and Istanbul on the far coast beyond. Excellent shower. The owner takes great care to make sure you have everything you might want and all the information you need. Altogether a very pleasant stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Our room was clean and comfortable, with an excellent view over the Marmara, and the property is extremely quiet because of its distance from the waterfront. Mehmet was also extremely helpful at organizing our reservation; even though we had booked the wrong dates, he was able to quickly check us in and was super helpful throughout our stay.

Well-maintained, beautiful hotel with a great view

Koray is a great housewife, kind and attentive to the customer. Always clean rooms, maybe a little small. Fantastic upstairs room with breathtaking views of the city, at night it deserves a lot. A big kitchen is always available. Prices a little high.

A fantastic night view of Istanbul

We stayed one night in this very nice hotel with impeccable hospitality. The team is great, the incarnation of kindness. The rooms are quality and clean. I highly recommend it to everyone without hesitation.

It's a good one!

The reception is impeccable, the host is really taking care of you. A city plan is provided with some recommendations. There is a small terrace with a kitchen open for lunch, everything is very clean and provided by the basics (tea, water, coffee and sugar) are provided by the host. The rooms are very nice, very clean. The air conditioning is very pleasant in high heat. The rooms are very nice (photo added) and overlook the sea for most of it.

Flawless service and very good location.

A warm and welcoming guesthouse, where the owner takes personal pride in maintaining a high standard of customer care. Rooms are well decorated, I believe all of them boast a good view, spacious, ground floor rooms, smaller upper floor rooms. There is a convenient kitchen where guests can prepare their own food if they wish. Nice patio area where one can sit. Convenient location to explore  Heybeliada.
