The first thing we saw when we entered the room was the smell of the sewer. As we were told, it was the smell of the sewer, which was drawn from the Bosphorus side. However, when the bathroom door was closed, the portal to Bosphorus was closed;). So there was actually no cleaning in the room, only the removal of the litter, once in 6 days changing the sheets and the garbage. The carpenter watched the carpenter every day, which was fine, because they didn't dry. The carpenter's old garbage, which was not cleaned until the day before, was the smell of the carpenter. We were told to leave the exhibition very quickly, but the carpenter had to leave the carpenter's room, but it wasn't worth the money to go to the restaurant.

We were in early February, we lived on the 5th floor, it looked fancy, but the noise and the tram still sounded very good at any time. We cleaned up in the room every day, very clean, all right. Whoever crawls to some lost plinths and so on  nonsense. We don't look at that and enjoy the rest as usual. Breakfast is boring and uniform, as they write in the reviews. But you won't stay hungry  always have soup, fries, eggs and fruits. Vegetables and cheese in the bag. The hotel has the most convenient location in the whole area of Siji.

It's a good hotel, but it's a poor breakfast.

I'll tell you right away that we're not one of those people who craves small things, but we can close our eyes on a lot of things, but not in this case.) 1. The standard category of rooms. There were 2 rooms, the first one for 1 person, the second one for a couple. But in each room, we asked for a bed in advance, but we got a bed of a size that was literally one. 2. But we wanted to be honest.

It's a very bad hotel.

Those who are going to visit this hotel - DON'T THINK! Service is zero! Dirty, dusty, windows all in divorce, it's impossible to sleep on such bumpy pillows!! They came to the hotel at 6 am. From 6 to 13 days they couldn't get a room ready, breakfast is scarce, there's nothing.

Don't waste your money!

In Istanbul for the 4th time, this is the most disgusting hotel I've ever visited before. The good thing is that it's the location relative to the port and the tram stop, the rest are unfortunately total negatives. Naked absolutely staff at the reception, gave the room to the economist, the same atrium, with a view to the dirty inner courtyard and a 24-hour generator, referring to a malfunction in the system, and the promise to move in the morning.

The worst hotel.

In general, we liked the room, with a view of the Bosphorus paid 80€. A cool bathroom with a glass curtain, you open, and there is a view) taxi from the hotel to the airport 180 lire. Cleanliness - so for yourself, for 4. Foie small, corridors are small. Very noisy in the rooms, the hotel is under the windows of the tramways, thought that the window was open, just the window without soundproofing. But after 23.50 - on the street becomes quieter and you can sleep. But about breakfast it's a hat!

The hotel has a very convenient location, a wonderful view of the Bosphorus, a great room, the only 2 min - dirty windows through which it is impossible to take beautiful photos and the absence of a normal restaurant where you can have a nice breakfast. The breakfast itself is also of the same type and a little strange (put on the dish all in 1 piece, a pack of tea + omelet if you like breakfast).

The hotel was recommended by us from friends who stayed there as well. The hotel has two buildings. One building has street views and the other has sea views. We stayed with our two kids in the Seaview room and my parents stayed in the other building. The staff was very helpful with our luggage and two strollers. The room was a bit small for all four of us and two strollers but he we left the stoffels downstairs every night which was no problem for the staff. All aminities were there and replenished every day.  The second day we noticed we only get two towels and we were four (2 adults and 2 toddlers). When we asked the staff, they straight away brought us four towels and this for all of our stay. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice, fresh soup, warm dishes everything also the boy and girl who were in charge for the breakfast service were really helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is just perfect, you have a train station nearby, a metro stop nearby but if your a good walker you can do everything by foot.

I would definitely recommend this hotel

City trip with 2 kids

The hotel is located in Sirkeci, very close to the tram stop (T1) as well as the Marmaray (which allows you to go from one shore to the other). The spice market is accessible on foot. Possibility to shop near the hotel. Around the hotel there are several restaurants/cafes. (Burger King, KFC, Mado, Simit Sarayi, Hafiz Mustafa...) Just next to the hotel is also a small supermarket. The hotel is on two buildings but both buildings have a reception and staff available. We stayed 8 nights in this hotel and chose a cold room overlooking the city. Beautiful, clean room. The only problem we encountered during our stay is that the water passes through a very nice reception and we have very friendly staff.
