Nothing is as shown in pictures . Not suitable at all for families with kids or elders. I booked the apartment after seeing the description and pictures, but highly disappointed when arrived there. I was travelling with my family including 2 kids. The taxi driver brought us to the given address/ location but the man sitting over there sent us to another place nearby 'turko baba restaurant'.The property manager Mr. Abuzar(seems to be thorough gentleman)kept us waiting for almost 1 hour in the restaurant. Then he gave us an apartment on 2nd floor ,having a small dirty kitchen with a lot of house flies, filthy toilet with old squatting type commode, bathroom amenities already used,a dirty old sofa.No WC, TV,bathroom shower , dining table with chairs as shown in pictures. Stairs so narrow, steep,curving and so difficult even for adults(for kids extremely dangerous as one sided railing, even 7 year old kid could not walk). I asked Mr.Abuzar that this is not the apartment I booked but he refused to change the room,saying bluntly that this is the only apartment empty now and all are the same.I told him that I could not live longer over and I'll check out tomorrow but he denied for any room change or refund. I tried to pass time but it was so hard to spend even few hours, kids not using the toilet, AC not working well,house flies and mosquitoes so annoying if you open the windows for ventilation, along with the noise of busy street and residing neighbours. Regarding the location, it is close to the main places like Hagia Sofia, blue mosque but you have walk uphills for almost 1 kilometer which is difficult for kids especially. So, to avoid further ruin and nuisance in my enjoyments/excursion,I booked another hotel the same evening(with bit higher cost but that was so near to the main places and Without such main issues, and definitely with good value for money). The property manager didn't agree for any refund, offered me free 2 days stay later or food but why'd I like to put myself in trouble again. I couldn't get the pictures because when I told him that I am going to check out, he tried to follow me in the apartment. I don't deny for his help for transfer of my luggage on 2nd floor and he offered us water and juices when we were waiting. In conclusion, this property does not have value for money, location is not the only thing( even that is not the ideal). For singles, it's ok but for families with kids, not recommended at all. My sincere advice for travellers: Don't do book depend upon the pictures, especially don't trust this property and give sincere reviews of your experience. For booking/guidance websites, please add proper highlights for families regarding on your page because the bad experience also has bad impact on you as well.

Worst experience ever

The trip to Istanbul turned out to be quite a coincidence. The hotel was not far from the Sultan's Square at an attractive price. So here are the apartments: You open the door and you find yourself in a coffee shop in a tiny room with a very small cup of coffee in a room with a very small bed, which costs 3.5 meters to the cabinets, and a big weekend is left. We found a cheap flight and started looking for a hotel.

Very modest.

The hotel is clean. There is everything necessary for the tourist who came for an active rest, shower, toilet, bed, refrigerator, telex was but we were so tired after a walk that we just wanted to sleep. The hotel owner is a great responsive man. We arrived at the hotel at 5.30 in the morning. Our rooms were free and he settled us without problems. Any request I made was very quickly, I had to have the oats, the person left everything and brought. Breakfast is normal, eggs, cheeses, meat slices, fresh vegetables and freshly pressed apple juice, pomegranate, apple).

It's comfortable.

Recommended  for limited  Budget. Our Room  is  small  but  clean and  presentable. Very  close  to  establishment  &   tourist  attraction  such as  Blue  Mosque etc and can be reach through  walking only.
 
Moreover , location is  quiet  and the  owner Mr. Turko  is  very  much  approachable.
