The hotel didn't ask for a huge sum of money, but it did give us what we wanted: excellent service, modern rooms, a quiet sleep - no more than that.

It's modern.

The hotel rooms are equipped with everything you need and are clean. Unfortunately, the beds are very soft and only have separate mattresses, which are very spacious in the middle. The staff is nice, but they hardly speak English. This has often caused misunderstandings. The breakfast is typical of the country, the dinner is improving.

Middle class business hotel

Very nice hotel, very polite and helpful reception staff. Breakfast is not rich. It's clean, with few exceptions. Very good free wifi. The location is not very good. Not near a bus stop. From the window of our room, revealing views of the buildings under construction, not the city. So, the hotel is good for business travel, but not to visit the center of Istanbul.

Nice hotel

The suites are spacious but impersonal. There are 2 offices (1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom) but no chair to sit in! The cleanliness of the room leaves something to be desired: 5 cm of dust under the bed + an old slipper from a previous client was also dragging under the bed! The second day they completely forgot to clean my room and empty the trash cans. I pointed out to the receptionist: they didn't look really amazing. In short, this receptionist is a factory! Everything is more impersonal. It takes 1 hour, 30 minutes or even 2 hours, in a hot tub to warm up the city centre: I've been waiting too long (Sulthan or Taco) for suites, so let's join the cabin. So they don't have to serve me lunch for about 45 minutes, but I don't have to serve them at the restaurant.

I was booked to stay here for a week but left after one night, rooms was clinical and looked old with a misty smell. There is nothing around and travelling on your own you can't venture out. Staff spoke little English and you can't even get a glass of

Strange place

We stayed tree days for tennis cup close to hotel. Hotel located a little bit far from downtown but it is very close metrobus station which is crossing from East to west through İstanbul. Rooms are very nice with new furniture and very clean. Breakfast is not very rich but acceptable enough food.  Persons in hotel very polite and very helpful

I have used a room very big, with more than you can need.
On topo (9th floor) there is the restaurant used for the breakfast : good variety

The hotel is nice, looks clean and new. Rooms are reasonable size, and furniture. There is a reasonable restaurant on the roof for breakfast. Trouble is there are no services or restaurants or any activities close to the hotel. If you want to do anything you have to take a taxi somewhere else. Ifound that very boring, but at least, for a day or two business trip, it can be ok.

Nice hotel for a very quick business trip.

We went to this hotel for a honeymoon and the least we can say is that we were not discouraged. +The establishment is clean, the staff is helpful, the little dej garni, the sauna and the small gym - The hotel is a little out of focus. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk from the nearest bus stop. - We had booked a taxi 2 days more for our departure to the hotel, I checked two times that the ressa had been done well; despite all this was not done!! Luckily I had planned a taxi a long time in advance so there was a taxi 10 minutes later.

It's a good hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, newly built, spacious rooms in modern style... well done in short. But I don't understand how in 15 previous reviews no one says it's 1 hour and a quarter from downtown (Sultanahmet) if not more. There's a taxi, metrobus and tram. After a journey of 1 hour and a quarter between a billion Turks leaving the suburbs to reach downtown and vice versa in the evening, you arrive at the already destroyed downtown and we don't talk about it in the evening in the hotel. Absolutely recommended, not by chance is a business hotel used for the biggest conventions.
