very nice and friendly staff and the hotel is in the middle of everywhere, very very bad internet service, not a very clean hotel, very narrow rooms, no rooms view, very noisy area, no soundproof between floors. holes in the bed covers, the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasnt working.

The rooms are pretty good. I like the bathroom. The housekeeping is done correctly every day. But the isolation level is zero! We hear everything! Whether it's outside or in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is in the center of the city so you can do almost everything on foot. But the streets adjacent to the hotel are not really reassuring. Lastly: we strongly recommend the hotel spa because it's very expensive and ultra zero. Lack of hygiene. For example, we went from the sauna to the jacuzzi without taking a shower...

Not bad room.

Rooms are small.
Room air-conditioner had a problem and did not repair !!
The restaurant was without a window  (under ground)
And breakfast was not good at all

The worst hotel in Istanbul !!

Rooms are clean but small, you can hear  when your next door people go to the bathroom or watch TV . The breakfast is excellent. Location near yenikapi station and aksaray metro station is very strategic.
Elevators are small hold no more four people at the same time (with out luggage).no view of the see except for the top floor restaurant

when i go to this area absolutely visit Blue Marmaray Hotel's Spa and Turkish Bath because very clean and Masseurs who Bahar and Mera working perfect and they have excellent hospitality...thanks so much

Awesome Spa and Turkish Bath

The hotel was an easy 45 minute stroll to Sultan Ahmed and all the main the attractions of Fatih. There are many shops and restaurants close by. It is not a quiet area but we loved the never ending hustle and bustle.

Short break in old Istanbul

It's a great hostel, a variety of breakfast, a fresh, cozy room, everything in the room, the staff is polite, the elevator, the air conditioner, everything works fine, but you don't like the view from the window, you know the old city of lale, but if you close the windows and the curtains, it's fine.

Good hostel

The neighbourhood is extremely noisy, it is better to be young and healthy to access it. At the reception you ask for a map of the city, you are asked for 6€! You must avoid the rooms on the street side, because before dawn there is a huge traffic, warehouses controlled by Russians start their business. On the yard side it is much quieter but the view is desolate, old decayed buildings. The restaurant is not good, neither is breakfast. The appearance of the same dishes seen the day before. On the other hand the hotel is not far from the streetcar line that runs through the city.

Well located geographically..

We were in this hotel with a travel group. Our room was on the fifth floor, under the beautiful breakfast room. But we were not disturbed by chairs or noises because we had to get up at about 7:00 anyway. The room was small, but we had a suitcase, a chair and a desk. For the clothes there were 4 bars and some treats in an open cupboard. In the bathroom there were pleasantly fragrant grooming products, everything was clean. The shower was hanging right on the wall, so you had to press the dresser. When we were driving, we almost missed fresh fruit and crunchy bread, or even a Turkish snack, and every morning we ordered a lot of food (everything in the hotel, however, was very tightly packed).
