In one of the oldest neighborhoods of Izmir, 
old Kemeralti
Beautiful environment for a long stay
One of the problems is that the rooms are cold.

Stuff stole my sleeping mask and earplugs from my bed. She confirmed that cleaning lady took it. When i try to ask compensation, she told me that call its friend policeman and i will have a problems. That's it!

cellentErasmus a Wonderfully simple yet Charming clean bohemian style apartment situated less than 2 mins walk from Dalyan main street and 5 minutes from the river and main square mosque (maybe 10 if you walk at a slower pace) its ideally situated so you have your peace yet everything is walking distance including local dolmus to take you to Iztuzu beach.
Erasmus has beautiful views especially if you get a first or second floor room. Both are lovely and I had choice of either. However, the main reason I would return again and again is to stay amongst the beautiful souls who run it and who make your time at Erasmus exceptionally Special. Words don’t bring justice 
I suddenly found I was on my own as my friend had gone home earlier than me needed at work. I was feeling

after more that 500 times booking experiance in airbnb and hotel.com, for the first time I experianced the awfull place, nothing was same as expected, it was as much as bad, that even we could not stay an hour and immediately, the picture was nice but...
kitchen and bathroom are dirty, I didnt dare to even go inside them,..
cold room, heating didnt work, and I can imagine in the summer it cold be so warm!
cozy breakfast with traditional bread?! kidding me! I am pretty sure you rather to but a bread from bakery to not to see the one, they bake! thanks god that it is the chicken who makes egg!
I think the owner should be a most cheater I have seen in my life and will do everything just for money!

awfull, worst experiance in bookin in my whole life

Izmir was Smyrna before the first world war. Smyrna was more Greek than Turkish, but Izmir has lost this identity. There is no old city, Harbor, or other attributes of Mediterranean cities. However, if You want to feel the Spirit of old Smyrna. Of course, not real, but invented, but what difference does it make now a century later? Creaking stairs, plank floors, carpets, wooden shutters. I think I went back to my grandmother's house many decades ago. And, it was quite inexpensive. They write in reviews that the area is unsafe. We did not know about this and went quietly in the evening with our daughter. I enjoyed it.

Spirit of old Smyrna.

Me and my friend stayed for one night in this hostel.The shared lounge was nice and full of creativity. The Staff was friendly. the design and vibe was nice and posetive. The room tempreture was a little cold in dormitory room. and there was no air condition.

It was a nice experience

It's definitely a pleasant environment that brings together travelers of all kinds and nationalities. The managers are fantastic, welcoming and always available people, the living room is always accompanied by great background music and the whole structure enjoys originality. Everything is very clean. I hope to return to you soon.

It's nice to say little.

The outside of the hostel is colorful and caught my eye. It looked like a place where you could meet people who travel. The interior was attractive and colorful with flags and posters and signs in different languages. A nice restaurant bar at the back with wooden tables nice athmosphere.beer and food tasty and attractive presentation.friendly staff.

Nice food in nice cafe

The house is beautiful and has a great location. Papatia, one of our hostesses was really kind and warm. We had a vegan breakfast. Nice place to meet people from the whole world.

It is quite close to the center, just some 15-20 minutes walk to the seaside and market. The surrounding street is full of small shops and bistros, so it is easy to find food.

They have equipped kitchen, nice winter garden. The bathroom was clean, yet old school. It was cold when we were here, yet the place remained warm.

The staff was very helpful! The place is actually close to the bus station (to go outside Izmir), and metro station. We liked the place and will love to visit it again when we are in izmir.

Budget stay with no budget in making new Friends.

Me and my friend had a nice night at lotus garden. It has a nice yard with beautiful design wich you can also participate in a party at, as we do😉the dormitory room was average. It wa average but the triple room was satisfactory. It has a good vibe with nice reception.
