Absolutely terrible hotel. Very unfriendly staff. Air conditioning is defective without doorways. Non-smokers with fire stains on the sofa. Generally very smelly. Wallpapers hanging from the wall. The shot is breakfast. Dried old bread, 2 slices of tomatoes and cucumber, also dried. Cold potatoes (4 slices). And at breakfast, laundry is washed and ground. In the lobby, water bottles are stacked. And we had no electricity for a night on the floor. I could still sit here for a long time. Everything can be counted with photos.

His money is not worth

The worst and dirtiest descent we've ever seen. The door has no handle, it can't be closed from the inside. The sofa is dirty and has fire stains. The shower is sticky. Breakfast is inedible. Dried tomatoes and cucumbers.

A terrible hotel.

It's a terrible hotel.The staff is absolutely not customer-oriented.The hotel has no hot water from the word at all,breakfast on the terrace,where the laundry is washed,and you can't choose anything,they take it out in the plates and you eat what you're given.For 3 days we've lived and never cleaned up, although we asked for it.At the reception they talk to a borrower.The hotel itself is located in the area of a market with shops.

The hotel is very dead, I don't recommend! Old furniture, dirty and sticky in places, sanitation is rusty, there is a teapot, but there is no tea and a cup for some reason only one. The air conditioner works with the sound of a tractor. They've been working for 3 nights, during this time no one has ever knocked down a room.

I wouldn't recommend it!

One of the worst hotels i have stayed in. The staff at the reception are very rude and irresponsible. They don't give a damn what customers suffer. AC wasn't working at all in all rooms that we booked. And the staff were impolite and rude to not even repair the same. Very careless attitude. Won't recommend anyone to stay here.
Coming to breakfast - they provide stale bread and hardly anything in breakfast. No tea served. No fruits or juices.

Pathetic hotel

Nothing bad or negative about the hotel but the neighborhood is terrible. This area is called Basmane which is the heart of prostitution ( Izmir is one of the few provinces in Turkey which has a legal brothel )  and many illegal activities. Also, this area is mainly full of Syrian and African refugees.

this is a nice hotel in a terrible neighbourhood.basmane is busy with everything .the hotel is clean and accessible ..kindly move around with a cab and be aware of the adjusent clubs that lure tourists and rob them with their exorbitant prices ..especially if they offer you a woman to sit with kindly turn it down .its a trap..the hotel staff was helpful and it was a simple hotel and cosy.i will definately stay here when i return to i zmir
