We stayed at Augustus Boutique Hotel overnight after arriving by train from Istanbul. It was convenient for us because it was across the road from the station and not too far from our hire car company. 
The bedroom was tiny and there was no where to put all your belongings - there was only one seat (a bar stool). Although it was cool outside and there appeared to be no heater on, the room was stiflingly hot. We had to have the window open, and even with the windows shut, noise from the traffic on the roads below was very annoying. 
The hotel was totally refurbished from a derelict building only 4 years ago, but the fittings seemed to be decades old. Blinds in the bedroom did not work. However, the hotel did have a nice olde world feel to it. Breakfast and service was great. 
There were no real restaurants nearby, they were all cafes that sold cheesy and fried snacks.

We stayed here for one night at the end of August.  The hotel is an old historic building which has been tastefully refurbished to the standards expected in a boutique hotel.  Our room was small but beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean.  Breakfast is served in the courtyard which was lovely.  Staff where all extremely friendly and helpful & we would stay here again.

The hotel was very beautiful and clean.  The lobby was beautifully decorated and the staff very friendly and helpful despite a few communication errors when receiving international phone calls.  

Breakfast included was nice and fresh. Served daily until 11. 

The rooms were beautiful but rather small with decent air conditioning.  Not ideal for two people with two luggages.  

The terrace was the best place in the hotel, half sunny and half in the shade. It was a great place to relax and have tea.  However, most evenings the hotel hosted events which made it difficult to enjoy a quiet dinner or relaxing time on the deck.  

The Secretary General of Turkey was here for an event during our stay as well.
