From the arrival the personal at the reception could barely understand us. We staid ONE night, the 11th of September 2019. One night that I paid on site the day of our arrival because we had to leave early the next day.
A couple of days later, I had the very unpleasant surprise to see that they charge us a SECOND time the amount of the night.
After dozen and dozen of emails, the hotel FINALY answered on September 23rd saying: "WE WISH YOU A NICE DAY.

FIRST THANKS AS A INSTITUTION AND ORGANIZATION FOR THAT YOU CHOOSE US.

WE HAVE CONFIRMED YOUR REQUEST TO STAY AS TWO NIGHTS.

THAT MAY HAVE BEEN A SMALL DISPUTE I WILL MEET MY NECESSARY EXECUTIVES TO MAKE REFUND YOU ABOUT THIS STATUS."

Since then, no other emails and NO refund.
I hope the message will be well received.

Incompetent personal

This has the feel of a luxury hotel, but the price is a real bargain. Firstly, the staff were wonderful. Very welcoming and helpful at every turn. The rooms are huge - spacious, clean, quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was extensive and the wifi signal good. There is even a gym, sauna and pool. We chose it because of its proximity to the bus station (10 TL by taxi) and we are so glad we did. 

5 star feeling at a budget price

A nice hotel, a gym, a sauna, a Turkish couple room, a swimming pool, all included in the price. The room is spacious with an office. And a delicious breakfast. For 3* it's a very good hotel.

It's amazing.

I Chose this hotel through the good reviews I've seen. It didn't disappoint me. Rooms are very good (45 m2). no non smoking rooms but no smoke smell also in rooms. Breakfast is very good, has a gym, pool, and spa facilities which are included to the room fee. an open parking lot in front of the hotel.  The only point that it didn't make sence to me is that the elevator is not going to -2 floor where the gym and pool are located. So you have to ask the employees to help you each time (with their pass card). the gym manager is unfriendly. there is a mall and lunapark just across the street and other shops around. So you have all you need. I recommend this hotel. I am writing this review in my second day of stay in the hotel and planning to stay 4 in total which means I will update my review untill I leave. 

Good Hotel and you have nearly everything you need around

From the outside and loby, you think it is a low standart typicall hotel and especially the rooms are the big surprise. It is definetely a good business hotel as the room is seperated into two and you have a good office like working area with a big table and office chair. Rooms are spacey and comfortable, staff friendly. Breakfast is good. It is a bit outside the city center.

Was here for a football match, the stadium is 800 meter.

Unexpected surprise

The hotel looks fantastic, the rooms are very luxurious and spacious. The Wi-Fi is much quicker than the last time I visited but its still censored, certain websites are blocked. The breakfast is a okay with a reasonable selection of dishes but it doesn't open until 7 which is no good to catch the early morning flight to Istanbul.  I had 2 very good night sleeps and the bed was nice. Air conditioned room and a separate conservatory kind of room. The staff were friendly enough and everything is clean. The finishing touches in the hotel have greatly improved since my last visit.
The hotel gives free use of the attached gym, sauna & pool, The gym is very well equiped and well worth using.

A very nice facility with large and very clean rooms, plus the price for customers, there is the possibility of access to the swimming pool (separate men/women) of the adjacent fitness center. Rich breakfast (but not responsive to Italian tastes, for those looking for sweet in short). Located 500 meters from the bus station (my choice fell on this hotel just for this) but away from the city center and Mevlana Cultural Center (reachable in dolmus but if you are not Turkish it takes luck to understand how they work and not to lose... do not risk, by experience, it was1 undertaking to go back!!). Not everyone speaks and understands English.

It's a nice surprise.

Busy hotel on the edge of Konya near a big new shopping mall.
Not the easiest hotel to find as the reception is in the middle of a row of shops.
Parking on the public car park outside.
Spacious rooms almost 'suite' style  with comfy chairs and a table.
Men and women are segregated for the pool facility and the hotel entrance did not look too wheelchair friendly with raised kerbs right outside.
Staff were friendly and the breakfast selection was large.
Bit expensive and as good as it was probably would find somewhere else next time.

Convenient out of town hotel

The hotel is a 4-star hotel and deserves all of it. The rooms are very spacious and spacious. There is also a separate studio with a door with a desk and chair. The shower is immense. The rooms are very clean like the rest of the hotel. The only new thing is breakfast, there is no coffee and apart from the marmalades there is no kind of dessert. For those who like salty breakfast instead the choice is very wide. WiFi is present in the room and in the hall with a good cover. You can't dine in the hotel but there are many restaurants and a huge shopping center.
