Stayed for one week at the end of June. Booked a twin room which seemed to confuse the staff. Ended up moving rooms. Was booked on ‘ultra all inclusive’ which seemed the same as all inclusive. 
Good points: very good location, very friendly staff, Spa and sauna (excellent experienced team who take time to discuss what you want/need). Variety of evening entertainment. 
Not so good: advertising not reflect reality. Aqua park not open (no apology), swimming pool crowded; towels on sun loungers from 6 in the morning with no checks on whether they are being used or not. Popular buffet foods run out.

Hugely disappointed with my experience at this hotel.  My accommodate was dirty, bathroom was disgusting, bed was appalling condition - thank goodness for the Turkish massage provided outside the hotel to sort out my back.  Food was repetitive and substandard; lacked taste or variety.  Indoor swimming was a health and safety risk. Private beach is just the sitting area, the beach is open to the public.  If it wasn’t for the lovely weather, some polite staff and outdoor swimming pool and the ability to get off the resort and see the area, this would easily have been the worst holiday experience I have ever had.  I would love to visit Turkey again, but not to this hotel.

Awful experience for 5 star hotel

Just back from Kusadasi Gokf and Spa resort, overall rating 4 rather than 5.    So let's start with why score of 4 rather than 5 overall the resort/hotel was welcoming, friendly staff, food and drink plentiful and tasty, room was stunning (penthouse with wonderful 360 degree views) only downside was cleaning in rooms and at poolside.  Cleaning could have been better, rooms cleaned every second day which was fine but  large balcony not touched and some corners in bathroom dirty.  Poolside where drinks spiked still stained 2 days later and some broken drainage at poolside and sun bed area which was dangerous.  
Food choice was great, from a fussy eater, plenty of choice, long opening times and great service at snack bars (main snack bar did have lots of wasps but what else can you expect when food outside, small snack bars better and food made to order).  Breakfast was only disappointment but this was as "British" breakfast not available on any of the mornings - fully get need to accommodate for all but one day would have been enough to satisfy.
Rooms were of a high standard, beds hard and did hear a few complaints about this but for me they were fine.  No self catering equipment in rooms, but wasn't needed.
Pools - freezing but you got used to it, we all enjoyed slides and used them every day.
Travel time from the airport was about 1hr 45 min, overall not too bad and a very quick checkin when we arrived.  
Reception staff very helpful, quick book in, directed to restaurant for snack as it was 1am then taken to room by car - our room was not too far from main area but was 4 (if you include flight of stairs to apartment stairs) flights of stairs up - driver was very helpful and took kids cases up, much appreciated.  View from room was stunning, only downside was hot tub on balcony was broken and couldn't be used 😔
Drinks were plentiful, bar areas lovely and if you wanted entertainment then it was in ampitheatre, cold in October but worth a visit as staff tried hard and worked to keep everyone entertained. If you are looking for a hotel where you can walk to main town then this is not for you, bus service to beach and town available from hotel at set times but too far to walk.
Would definite recommend and return in a few years.

Great family holiday

The first thing he wanted to do here was to invite everyone to his house for an hour (animators, staff, managers and guides were busy with everything), but to get to the best part of the hotel, I wanted to stay in the hotel, but there was a lot of food and drinks in the hotel.
