My friend and I came here last year. For two 30 something's looking for a place to crash it was ideal. We wasn't expecting much. But it exceed our expectations. Lovely little family run hotel. Very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly too. I wouldn't recommend for family's or for people who find climbing stairs hard as there is no lift. There's no entertainment but we weren't bothered. It was exactly what we needed. The location is brill. Right next to the old Friday market and a short walk into the centre of town. There's a lovely little 24 hour Turkish restaurant (Alo 24) round the corner. And a cheap supermaket a little further down next to the bus stop. If you're looking for a cheap, clean place to rest you're head don't hesitate in booking here. I'd definitely go back . Thanks for having us x

Nice and clean room with clima and tv,i enjoyed the outside pool.located in a good location,near city centre and the beach... Bars and clubs! 

Recommend it to those who wanna stay in kusadasi a couple of days.

We booked a last minute holiday and wanted a cheap hotel for afew days .  For what we paid.  We weren't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised.  Nice clean rooms...free aircon & wifi. The staff. ...esp the owner/manager was really helpful and easy going 
 Nothing was too much trouble (even when we lost our room key...opps) if you're looking for a hotel that's clean, central and friendly then look no further.  We would definitely stay here again. 
If you have small children i wouldn't recommend because the stair's are a little dangerous if you have little ones and its not suitable for wheelchair users or those with disabilities for walking as there is no lift. But if your looking for a cheap decent hotel this is the place

Brilliant little hotel

I stayed there for a week!!! Awesome place!!! The owner great guy with heart... cozy rooms... good breakfast! Near to city center and beach!!!
Rooms clean and smell very good ! 
I enjoyed it very much! Recommend this place very much!

Feels like home

after spending a week at a large rather expensive hotel we decided to stay one more night in kusadasi and was recommended this hotel by a rep who knew the owners. for one night we didn't want to spend so much but wanted something central and clean. 
the hotel was exactly what we wanted . plus the people who worked there made it very friendly and cosy. it was a very homely environment and we ended up wishing we stayed more days there than the other hotel.

My stay in the Yuksel hotel was very pleasant friendly atmosphere right in the middle of THE town just a walk to everything restaurants and right in THE centre of the clothes market!!  THE staff where very helpful and friendly and the Rooms very Clean  ı Would definetly stay again in the Yuksel hotel . Thank you for making My holiday so great !!!

Great place

This was my first time in Turkey and didnt really know what to expect but we grew to love it after our 2 week stay here. 
There was a few problems with other guests etc, not that it effected us and the hotel staff dealt with it appropriatley, we were never disturbed and our holiday wasnt affected in anyway. The local people, restraunts, etc are excellent. The pizza place across the road was brilliant and the people who run it made us feel very welcome....The Filling Station was also an excellent place to eat huge portions and food was very tasty......if you asked for a drink here and they didnt have it they would send the young waiter out to get it for you!!! Crazy but just shows the hospitaliy of the Turkish people.
Would go back for a day trip to Kusadasi, but never for a 2 week stay.
The Yuksel is a great base if you looking to party, I like the beach and the water and we were just to far away.....
