Very nice hotel, if you want peace of mind. It is a retirement from downtown but well worth the view and swimming pool. I stayed for 2 nights, very good breakfast and dinner. We were a work group but the stay was fun.

Super vista Super view

Badly managed - absolute lack of resources.  The staff were resentful of having to do so much work and reacted to the clients in a very negative manner.  Need training to deal with guests.  Unable to assist with things generally within the scope of a 4* hotel.  Rates for laundry ridiculous.  Cleanliness not up to standard either.

Just a lovely place to relax. 
Room had the most wonderfully large comfortable bed and was cleaned daily. The surrounding gardens perfect for an afternoon drink in a lovey tranquil area with perfect views 

Wonderful stay

Very under-staffed. No coffee facilities in room(No kettle,cups,tea/coffee,glasses). Fridge and aircon did not work properly. Bfast items finished after 10/15 people. Staff had no uniforms - casually dressed.

Under-staffed

Inexperienced hotel staff breakfast defective therefore dinner eaten in the city center minibar empty TV defective on the last day my stay had no electricity and water could not shower and raster the only good room and beautiful view

Short stay in October 2018

Newly refurbished this hotel has one of the best views in Kuşadası overlooking Pigeon island , the beautiful sea and Kuşadası bay 
Room was modern, clean and well presented.
The pool lit up in the evening looks stunning.
The gardens around the hotel, perfect and relaxing for that afternoon coffee.
Watching the sunset from the room balcony was an awesome site.

Lovely clean hotel with excellent views

A terrible hotel..soy traveller and this hotel is absolutely horrible, with seats, pigs, no provisions to attend to the tourists, we are a group of 45 people and we all went wrong.

 Holidays

Everything was great. Maybe few things need to change, like clining the room every day, and making stronger cofe for breakfast. 😉 Food was great, staff members are very helpful. View from this hotel is AMAZING,and pool is amazing too. I really enjoy in this hotel.

Great hotel

I'd advise everyone to step up, dirty rooms, really dirty restaurant, very young boys with a dirty diaper and a dirty shovel dusting up chairs and napkins, empty food containers, really indecent.

We are very happy.

The hotel is divine, the pool, the rooms, but the food is horrible, for breakfast they charge 10 liras for the coffee, no juice or water, the menu is super small and besides that we bought two beers and we were charged 5 liras for what they cost, only a waiter noticed the urge to attend and those who brought us the other suitcases the meal part was very regular.
