Were do i start?? The place is a kip ..beds are  so hard it would be more comfortable lying on rocks.  Then the staff hanging around like pests waiting to be tipped..music blaring till all hours. Can't even relax during the day without been pestered by the staff to buy tickets etc etc;. Would rather stick pins in my eyes then go back here

Run down dump

My wife and I went on a late break here booked the week before I wish I had taken more time - a lot of people have said that it is dated this is a stretch as this Hotel is just poor I find it hard to call it a Hotel - I have never stayed in such a run down place -  we encountered lots and lots of problems that I wont go into here but I can tell you the beds are like rocks the rooms are sparse in my photos you will see what I mean - the only thing this place has going for it is the Location and the guests - I would never go back ever to this hotel but would love to go back to Kusadasi it is just so beautiful

First time in Kusadasi Last time in the Tropicana

I stayed in this hotel in Sept 2013 , may 2014 and sept 2014 the first time i stayed here with sunway there was no problems we then came in may my friends got warnings and eviction notices for no reason what so ever by wings abroad and was told to be sober and quiet for the rest of there stay 5 weeks ago we went back but yet again a man named Tommy did not like us and made a petition and got 15 people to sign it and handed it to the wings abroad rep which then forced me out of the hotel and cancelled my transfers home this man tommy trethened me numerous times at the breakfast table saying he will murder me and tried to get one of he's friends to bottle me he was breaking into cleaners rooms for towels and treatining the staff without any warning what so ever guest were afriad of him,,this would be a great hotel if wings abroad stuck to there advertisment on there catalogue wich is in printed writing "YOUNG & LIVELY" 

Young and lively

Myself and my friend stayed here for a week at the end of September and I have to say we found the staff to be amongst the most welcoming and friendly people we've ever encountered. Yes the decor is dated and the showers are small but it was the second year we've stayed here and that is purely down to the level of service we received. Everyone from the maid who made sure our room was spotless to Hassan, and Murat,and Daniel and Onur everyone was lovely. So if the size of the shower is top of your list as a holiday requirement then I'd try a different hotel. If on the other hand a warm welcome and excellent service are what you're after then look no further than the Tropicana Gardens.

Excellent staff.     

We stayed here as a big group of young n lively tourists. The staff are brilliant and the rooms are basic but cleaned every day to a good standard. People need to realise that when booking this resort to learn that its young and lively. We had one chap who made our week a living hell and even caught one of group up by the throat for having a laugh. Then he proceeded to get one of our group thrown out. And he still made us uncomfortable by steering at every move. It was like a prison. Plus I'd like to mention that this man is a garda here in cork and was egging another tourist on to bottle the lad that got thrown out. Apart from that man ruining my Hol. Staff,hotel,food, and onur the manager were excellent. I would recommend to anyone to stay here as long as your not a grump like tommy. 

Very nice hotel and staff

When you get out of the hotel, you can take a taxi route No. 5, which costs £1.75 (sometimes you can take £2, sometimes even £1.5) to get you to the city centre or to the bus station. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach, Ladies Beach, which is very close to the beach. When we get back to the hotel, we can take a few minutes to talk about the cleanness of the bathroom, the cleanness of the bathroom. We can get a lot of visitors from the Russian people, but we can ask the official of the Russian people. We have to check in with the staff at any time of the week, but we have the opportunity to check in with the staff at the hotel, but we often have to check out the hotel's staff, especially if they are from the Irish and Irish. We have a lot of questions, but we have to ask them about their behaviour.

Enjoying Trip in Kushadasi

I strongly discourage this hotel, really unpleasant from A to Z. I was stunned about this hotel, about the food, the hygiene 😱😱😱 and especially the reception by two or three staff who remained quite pleasant.

It's awful!

The worst of the hotels I've been in all my life. Apart from the pool, big and pleasant, everything else was horrible: - very uncomfortable bed - infectious smell in the room, rejected by the air conditioning (choice between being hot or in a locked odor) - bad breakfast - no housekeeping in the rooms, it would be just to empty the trash, the surroundings of the pool are not washed (bottles of glass and crumbs on the ground from one day to the next) - We, especially the unpleasant, inefficient or even aggressive staff (one of them lived the passage we were blowing out of our room, pretending to be able to physically take us out of the pool) then after a few days we went to the pool with the guests and then quietly went to the bottom of the bottle... and then we got to the pool with the rest of the guests.

It's horrible.

It's a nice location, easy to get to both the beach and the city, friendly staff, great green space, and now the downside: small rooms, poor cleaning, average food... I'm not going there anymore.
