I gotta say this is one of the best hotel i visited.For such a small amount of money you get a beautiful clean room, great servise, beautiful pool with warm and clean water. The staff is here for you 24h. Everyone is so nice and ready to help you with anything you need.Miss Ayse is an amazing host.
They clean your room regularly , you get fresh towels everyday if you want, if you want you can use safe for 10 € 9 days.
Everything is prefect except for breakfast but for that money is okay.For breakfast you get 5 olives, piece of watermelon, piece of cheese, 1 cooked egg tomato , jam made of some fruit and every morning is the same .
I definitely recomend you to some to this hotel it is realy worth it. H

Amazing

You will hear a lot of divided comments for this hotel, trust me I have.
It is true that some rooms are not as freshly renovated as should be (try to complain to lady owner and she will do her best to indulge you), but my overall experience is quite positive thanks to that lady owner and her trying to improve everyone's experience from helping with something in your room, to giving location advice etc.
Rooms DONT have fridge, but have AC; you will get only soap from toiletries and you will get towels. Inside hotel you can order:

If you bring your cup of coffee to the elevator and climb just for pool views, then believe its worth it

Just returned from a great stay in this well-run, friendly hotel.  I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a relatively inexpensive place to stay in Kusadasi.  The hotel is spotlessly clean, and rooms are serviced every day. The staff are extremely pleasant and Ayse, the manager, is a fantastic host.  Nothing is too much trouble for her.  Her breakfasts are great, all the food served buffet style.  Other meals are available too, a limited menu but the food is very tasty!  Her cheese and .mushroom omelettes are to die for!  The hotel is basic, comfortable and clean.  Pool area was always immaculate.  A short walk into the town and there is a wonderful array of shops - all you could ask for in a holiday.  We noticed there was a high number of returning guests - which is a good indication! I would highly recommend the Oska Hotel.

Home away from home!

The hotel provides everything you might expect from a decent three star that is not that expensive. Ms. Ayşe, owner and the manager of the hotel, is so friendly and offers Turkish tea free of charge whenever you want in the day and night!

I would highly recommend this place :)

Excellent Stay

The hotel has a pretty good location and nice view of the city. But the hotell is looking old and in need of renovation. The key holder which also switches on the lights was falling apart and I was afraid I could get an electric shock. 
The walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighbours talking even when they are whispering.
The breakfast was included, but was just some dry bread with jam. The pool is not heated during November, so the water is ice cold.
But the people working there are nice.

Needs to be renewed

The hotel are located very close to the east Marina and the good and up level shopping center. Also very close, just down the road tho the most charming cafe/bar/lounge/local food place in Kuzadasi Cafe Gardin. The hotel are nothing more than it intend to be, that's ok. Very clean all over, including the pool and area around. Rooms and bathrooms are ok, little bit small, but ok balconies. The beds average, light blocking curtains and A/C ( extra cost) , but normally not necessarily due to the little up in the hill location. Breakfast very simple, but ok, nice atmosphere including terrible coffee. The staff try their best, but only the manager ( very kind and including) are speaking English. This is a hotel that with great potential, but seems to be stucked in the past. Anyway a safe, clean, good located hotel. The view are very good.

where can i start well the minute i arrived at ozka hotel at 11 pm in the night i was gobsmacked with the stunning view the hotel offered over looking the marine in kusadasi  its fantastic i was also welcomed by the owner ayse with my wife and we were welcomed into this stunning hotel with a fantastic pool lovely clean reception area and lovely friendly staff who couldn't do more for you during our stay our room with a balcony and pool view had stunning views of the marine every day and night our room was spotless cleaned every day  and the cleaners would put lovely flowers and pettles on our bed for us every night as a gesture we will differently go back to this hotel as its very reasonably priced great friendly staff lovely owners  spotless clean lovely pool lovely views we can not wait to go back agian soon

14 beautilful days in kusdasi

I have just arrived back from my third stay at Ozka. The hotel is a family run hotel and Ayse the manager is very helpful and speak excellent English. The views are simply stunning as the hotel over looks the town. The rooms as clean spacious, the cleaners do come into your room daily. The food offered is good and good value for money. The pool is clean and well maintained. Will be going back and will recommend this to my family and friends!

Wonderful Hotel

This hotel is close to the centre and the beach, but the surroundings are quiet and quiet. There is a good view of the harbour, where the stops are huge, the steamboat. The rooms are very simple and the old doors that are tight for some guests to open, and it makes a lot of noise. The soundproofing is bad, but fortunately, most guests were polite. Wi-Fi works well, even in the rooms. Breakfast is very simple and the food at a rather boring restaurant by the pool. But I can't praise the service enough! There is a participatory atmosphere as soon as you enter the lobby, and the staff is ready to help you with any questions or needs. Here you feel at home.
