Grand Sevgi Hotel was a disappointment.   My room had 2 twin beds, a refridge, hair dryer, old cathode-ray TV, and a desk unit.  The beds were comfortable.  The bathroom had a sink, toilet and bathtub (dirty).  There was no hot water during my stay.  The WiFi only worked in the lobby. When I arose in the morning (around 6:15am), I found the night clerk asleep on a couch in the lobby.  We had to go next door to another hotel for breakfast.

Nice outside, but unclean inside, no hot water

Absolutely disgusting.... filthy mould ridden bathrooms beds with springs poking through - tv from 1959 that doesn’t go mouldy fridge... grey thread bear towels... breakfast was revolting it’s doesn’t get worse than this I bet they even kept the walk in cash I paid .... never go there you will regret it.... internet DOES NOT go except for lobby area.

From Grand Entrance to Hell

Bath room is not clean.The facilities of the hotel are very old.old tv.
The refrigerator did not work.
Breakfast was not buffet.just very very basic.
And I think it was too expensive for such this room and break fast.
The only good things was hotel location near pamukkale.only 5 min walking.

Old 

A newly owned property, with hospitable manager and team. Rooms are spacious, bfast individually served, pool is large, clean with room to sunbath.
5min drive to Pamakkale spa at the South entrance.
Walking distance to restaurants, atm & shops.

1st time to Pamakkale 

Horrific.1 night luckily and never again.Absolutely disgusting room.Tv from about 1950s .Balcony not cleaned so with all the birds that were about was disgusting.The bed was most uncomfortable ever.I would rather of slept on a park bench than this room.

Awful

I stayed one night at this hotel during my visit to Pamukkale. The establishment is well situated: you can walk to the Pamukkale tuft site. The hotel's swimming pool is very nice. The positive points stop there. The rooms are old, the cleanliness is desirable. The balconies of these are dirty: the exit in shoes is mandatory. A deafening and deafening music is played until midnight at the pool (the rooms have seen this). Breakfast is classic, but of poor quality. The staff seems exhausted, overworked.

Well located hotel but outdated

For once we wanted to have a little fun with my husband...we were very disappointed. Proper said again. Despite the good weather the outdoor pool was empty. Positive point the breakfast. When lon asks for a gentle advice...the staff replies us with a funeral head. The double meal is only the right price.We're all set for our sisters to have a choice.Some dishes were already finished...and this restaurant was wondering.What could it be...we're going to pass for revelers..but we're used to traveling, eating in the swamps and sleeping in the house...and we never have that.

To avoid the hotel.

A nightmare! a dirty little room, dusty and stained carpets, air conditioned directly on the bed. a small dirty bathroom, slippery towels and no-functioning phon. the room was located on the ground floor and without elevator. the dinner at the hotel on the terrace, with a little varied buffet, on which they were constantly laying down: mosquito noodles. poor breakfast, with leftovers from the previous evening. the bread was firm and without coffee and milk ready. unfriendly staff.

It was a nightmare.

dirty rooms, bathtub that loses water and route, dust everywhere, problems with the phones, air conditioning not working, room ceiling scratched by infiltrations from the upper rooms, old and broken furniture, rugged carpets.

It's too late!

It's a low-quality hotel... the rooms are essential and very small, the bathroom is ideal if your physical characteristics are similar to those of Lego men, the dining room and related meals leave you wanting, only the dinner is more pleasant because it is offered by the pool.
