Room has several outlets, television with local channels, view and acoustic and thermal insulation. Hotel has several swimming pools (internal and external) having a slightly altered winter schedule and short for use. Small academy, with mattresses. Hotel for exceptions, they are more organized than others visited in Turkey. Dinner buffet is overrated by them and we do not recommend (little variation of food, attendance ok, expensive values for what is presented/served). The turn of 2019/2020 passenger... highly recommended for special events.

We landed in Ankara to visit Cappadocia, after which we couldn't miss the Pamukkale area, so we stopped to sleep in the Hotel Hierapolis to follow up our transfer to the sea in Antalya: a necessary stop in a move that was largely designed by bus; the hotel proved to be well below average, so we don't recommend stopping from these places.

If a star is the minimum, we stay at the minimum!

Hotel that was supposed to be gorgeous 30 years ago... completely abandoned today. The rooms are old and ruined, cathodic mini TV, no bar or boiler, mini balcony. The large pool is impractical, dirty and puffy blue!! Water stagnating. The outdoor hot springs are nice despite the fact that they give way to the street. The hamam deserves a horror movie in the sanatorium of a ghost town. No other structure/activity deit until 10 o'clock only in self-service inside and frankly more than basic. Like dinner (Finally we ate in the city The staff by arrangement is super nice and)!!

What to Avoid

In Pamukkale there isn't that many great hotels. However this hotel has lovely staff, we also negotiated the price down too! Thermal waters were pretty cool experience and food is lovely. The whole hotel is old so not much to expect. Very spacious and good enough to stay over few nights .

For the price of 80/100 TL a pretty good hotel !

It's a great hotel to spend the night visiting the stony waterfalls and Hierapolis spacious swimming pool with hot water both indoors and outdoors

It's all right!

- It's probably the best hotel in Pamukkale because of its area and swimming pools. - It's more expensive than the hotels in the neighborhood. - The room was quite small. There are many thermal swimming pools. Good chance to relax and get comfortable in this place. - Dinner is okay, but there are too many people and not much room. You have to stand in a long queue to reach the buffet (especially at the beginning of dinner).

Doubtful pleasure.

This was our worst hotel experience EVER!!! I don't even know where to begin....let's see....
1) Charge for EVERYTHING in the room, including what ALL other hotels provide complimentary. The tea bags, the coffee....yes they had a coffee pot, but the coffee was per cup additional.
2) NOISY!!! Unbelievably noisy with construction machinery going all day long. 
3) FOOD...BERABAT!!!! Worst food I have ever had to endure....enough said!
4) RUDE STAFF!!! I asked the omlet man for tomatoes and peppers on my omlet and he told me NO! I went and got them from another table and he REFUSED to put them on my omlet. I put them on myself, while the omlet was still cooking and when my back was turned, he poured dried peppers all over it. It was sooo horrible, it was comical. The water charge was Disneyland prices, so we took our used water bottles with us to breakfast and the manager wouldn't let us fill them...even when we took glasses of water to our table and filled them there. The manager came over and demanded that we give the filled bottles to him so he could throw them away. We were scheduled to stay 3 nights and left after one night's stay.

Worst Hotel I have EVER stayed at in my entire life!

By the standard of a 4 star hotel, this is not a good one. But this is only 4 star in Pamukkale, so its better than most of the others in town. If u have a tight budget, this is not a good place for you.

Meals: Good but too crowdy. U have to stand in a long line to get the meal.

If u r travelling with kids, this is better than other hotels in town, though more expensive.

Better than others

Mould on the walls,mould in the bathroom, such a dirty hotel I have never seen,and in Turkey there are nice, clean hotels.Because we were travelling with a group from geo-media tours,moving to another hotel was very difficult.The buffet was lovely and tasteless,the choice was very small on both days.

I had been several times in this holiday village in Denizli Province Karahayıt town. It is nearly 25 kilometers 15 miles to my town where I work and live. Due to various types of thermal water in the area, me and my family have stayed in several hotels and holiday villages in this region.
During late spring, summer and early fall, it is nice to spend time in the open areas of this facility. The red water, a type of thermal, is helpful and worth to be there. The open sky, since not any major settlement area, during spring and fall is very nice at night. The food is only average. Nice pool area.
