We were in this hotel in August and were not really satisfied. The hotel with air and transfer we booked at the travel agency. It was important to us that the hotel was close to the beach and that there were also its own beds and umbrellas (on the beach). So we were completely disappointed. The description speaks of a hotel's own beach. This is not quite the same as the reality. To get to the beach, I have to leave the hotel and walk about 350 m. The beach part is not just for this hotel. Guests from other hotels can also get there. It's even worse. The beds and umbrellas are very old, as if you were in 1960. The beds and umbrellas are very different, but the prices are not quite the same. Unfortunately, we were almost ready to stay in the pool, so we had to eat in a hotel, and the restaurants in the hotel, and we didn't really want to buy anything. This is not the only problem, and I don't want to have to pay for it.

Respect cheap is not always better

We stayed here for 8 nights and were very satisfied. The hotel facility is very well maintained and clean. The pool with slides and children's pools. The service in the facility is very good. If you have a problem like us, the technicians will be there in less than 5 minutes and fix it. The waiters were always very attentive and always took care of you. For children and adults there is always something on offer in the evening after dinner. The hotel's own beach is about 500 meters away, you can walk to the beach promenade in about 4 minutes. If you want to go to the old town, you can reach the super in 20 minutes via the beach promenade. All in all, the hotel is highly recommended.

Nice famely hotel with a wonderfull garden. Staf is very frendly, rooms are kept clean, food is okay could have some more variation. Animation is done by 3 people who do their best. Sometimes there is profissional animation. First time we had a hotel where the WiFi was working as it should. 2 minor comments, there is very little service at the beach and in the pool the sunbeds are very close together.

Very nice, we will come back for sure

We spent a week at the Sun Club Side and we were totally thrilled! The food was great and also Turkish style and not standard as in many hotels. The staff was super nice, whether in the restaurant, at the reception or the maid. The room was always clean and fresh, so there was nothing to expose here too. In general, I definitely recommend further! We would go back and forth.

It's a great, friendly hotel.

It's a small hotel but unfortunately not very family friendly. For singles or couples, maybe it's okay. If you want to go on trips, everything is okay and the hotel is perfectly sufficient. Unfortunately, it's not suitable for family vacations! The location in the middle of a shopping street is okay. But the overall package promises much more than it actually does. The supposedly large beach section, but in reality very small and getting drinks is also a disaster.

Never visit this hotel!!

It was truly magnificent. As soon as we entered the hotel, we were greeted with great interest. Ms. Dilek, Mr. Tahir and Mr. Huseyin at the front office were very interested, and Ms. Fatma, the General Manager, took care of us in a very sincere manner. We felt very privileged. The hotel was incredibly clean, tidy, everything was as it should be. The food was amazing, very high quality, so are the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

The minibar was full. There is always something to eat every hour of the day.

Entertainment team, Jessica(Şefika), Tugi were super entertained.

Chief İzzet, Erkan chef's food was great, service personnel Atakan and Hakan were very fast.

The location of the hotel is also super, it is both central and very calm, you reach the beach in two steps. It has a private beach, there is food and beverage service to the beach at certain times.

My honest opinion

We stayed at the hotel from 2 to 13 September 2021. The settlement went on with the mustard, but we were optimistic, and finally settled in a comfortable room, room 512, on the 2nd floor, with a clean balcony overlooking the pool, restaurant and bar. The new, electrical and sanitary facilities are in excellent condition, in a nice room, and the perfect square. The hotel is located in the center of the city: the main shopping area is located in the city center: the two hundred and twenty-two square meters of the city: the main shopping area is located in the city center, the main shopping area is about 200 meters away from the city center! Ice and fire ☀️

We flew on vacation to Turkey on September 18, 2021. The place of our location was chosen
the city of Side. We stayed at the Sun Club Side hotel, which will actually be discussed. I try to objectively assess, but be that as it may, this is my subjective opinion and observation about our vacation. Maybe this information will be useful to someone.
And so, I really liked the hotel! Its location to the sea, to the sights of the city, which were within walking distance, could not but rejoice. Rooms are spacious, cleaned every day pretty good for resort hotels. The food is excellent, the variety of dishes was a pleasant surprise! These are meat and fish dishes (there was fish every day), chicken, turkey. I won't even write about vegetable dishes, since they were different and the range was simply amazing !! Fruits have always been, and what gorgeous desserts !! Many thanks to the chef and his team for this gastronomic feast that lasted all the days of our stay. The service of the restaurant was not always excellent, but overall 4 out of 5.
And lastly, about the sad ... how we were greeted on the first day at the reception.
The young man who stood behind the reception desk (I suppose it was the manager of the front office.) So, I have never seen such a "meeting", such a revolting, not friendly attitude !! To our request for a room on the second floor, he categorically replied that there were no vacant rooms (although after us a couple was placed on the second floor). The next day we came up again with our request, but the answer was the same in the form of an ultimatum. Therefore, I highly recommend the hotel management to pay attention to the work of the front office staff, as the first impression depends on this !!
And nevertheless, if we omit this unpleasant moment, the hotel is good and I will definitely recommend it to my friends to visit.
