Place from HELL! How can a location so good tun soooo badly! It's in the most beautiful bay of Tekirova surrounded by exclusive hotels. YET I have never been to so poor ALL INCLUSIVE!!! This place needs total renovation. The bed was covered in blood stains...
Food was atrocious!!! Embarrassed to be Turkish staying in this place! Everything was done to minimise the costs. Staff are also very unreliable. They make promises they can't keep.
Just don't go!!! 

HORRIBLE!!

Plus: - There is a sea, sun, large and green area of the hotel. - water tapes. - friendly staff of the hotel. - We usually don't give out towels, but we give you out. Minus: - we took the room on the first line, in a step-by-step approach from the sea. This is what the description said. The room was just a couple of minutes by car. About 15 minutes walk from the reception and 19-20 minutes to the sea. - Three people gave out two towels. After asking to add a second tape.

Not very well.

This is a low budget hotel so you better to be prepared not get a five star service. Rooms are not clean, food is only ok, drinks are very limited in kind and also in poor quality. If you don’t mind this kind of stuff and will be satisfied with only a nice beach, roof on your top and not to starve I recommend this hotel considering its price range otherwise you have to try somewhere else of course with paying at least four/five times higher.

I dreamed of a beautiful bungalow in a pine forest, so I chose it. I paid attention to the bad reviews, but decided that the forest and the sea would do their job. How ever... This hotel most resembles a Soviet-era campsite. A run-down, grown-up area. Old houses with just the most basic necessities inside. The territory is free for chickens, ducks, rabbits and even... sheep to walk around! Where they walk, there they go. They eat with the help.

To rest here is to disrespect myself.

It was a shame that at the time of booking this hotel there were few reviews about it. I write my own so that those who plan to go here would think 100 times. In reviews this hotel was called a pioneer camp. With the pioneer camp I was ready to accept, but the reality was much worse. When settling they gave an unselected room in some place near the reception. It was even a bad idea to touch on everything that was there. All the terrible old, generational, dirty things that were going on here.

It's awful.

The hotel is absolutely terrible. We have lived in annex, they did not cleaned room any day. They don't have a doctor. The bar at the annex is empty, it is dirty and old all around. The main hotel territory is not cleaned, the grass is big, the rubbish everywhere. They don't give the towels. The rooms hasn't water, toilet paper, shampoo, you have every time ask for these tools. The wifi only in the reception. The food is poor-pasta, potatoes, tomatoes,sausages (not nice look), cakes - terrible, fruits - watermelon, apples, raw peaches once a week, mini pears. The dishes are dirty! It is only nice in the pictures and 4* in LT. But in real it is not worth 1*.

We went to this hotel at the beginning of July 2022 for 5 nights. The hotel is definitely not luxurious. Its biggest plus is nature. Lots of trees, bushes and a clear beach. Everything else is bad. I didn't have to stay in the main hotel, but the annex type room was very poor. During the entire period while we were there, the room was cleaned only two days (the first two days), no one else cleaned the room. When you ran out of toilet paper, you had to find it yourself. Only on arrival there were no towels, in the end they offered one towel for two people. Also, with the "All Inclusive" package, it was written that beach towels would be provided. No one gave them until we started asking for them ourselves. Food. The food really wasn't as bad as it could have been. There is room for improvement, but everything was edible and survivable. Drinks. There is not much to say about the drinks, because there were simply none. Warm water, warm soft drinks and wine, beer, and rake, that's all they offered, no cocktails, nothing. Cocktails (and this is very strange, never made by anyone) could be tasted only from ten o'clock in the evening. Finally, thieves work in the Hotel. A hat was stolen, and the hotel administration did not pay any attention to it. No compensation, nothing. Basically, this is a very very poor hotel that needs a lot of investment to make it better. If you don't speak Turkish or Russian, it's better not to go there at all, because you won't be able to communicate and you will be without towels and everything. You also won't be able to use a translator, because wifi is only available at the reception, there is no internet in the rest of the hotel.

Poor hotel

I don't understand why this hotel was given 4 stars, it's not even 3 stars. Starting in order, we arrived, we settled in 3 hours, when we bought the tour promised that the house would be near the sea, to our shock, we were settled right next to the reception house!!! Where some Ruslan hotel administrator lived, who promised that for some reward he would settle us at sea in a couple of days, there was eternal inappropriate behavior everywhere. Starting with the room, noisy, old air conditioner, clean laundry, towels with holes, TV 2 Russian channel with the same interruptions. On the balcony there was the same terrible dirt.

I'm a guy who only went to five.but the tour operator advised me to Pinar.After reading the reviews,I was expecting the worst.But it's not as scary as it is drawn.It's important what you want from rest.I was settled in a room,not the first freshness,but quite a clean,large bed.I lived in the house.Everything was necessary.We took it out every day.The birds were singing.Go to a balcony where you can sleep like in a forest.The nature is super.Cooks, peppers, donkeys.It was even the cleanest.It was the most personal.

This is a normal hotel.

I'll tell you right away that I'm writing this on the first day of my stay at this hotel. It's a very low-end hotel, of course, with bad food, but most importantly, it's very old and in poor condition.
