I lived here when I worked with an international organization. I was here in total about a month. Staff was extra friendly and helpful. I got to know all the chefs/restaurant folks well by the time I left. Excellent breakfasts! The rooms are clean and modest. We only had single beds, so I can't comment on room size, etc. It would be helpful if there were a refrigerator in the room for long term guests.

Not a bad place to stay, if you have to live in Donetsk for a spell

I would like to thank the ParkInn crew for their professionalism, high service standards and elegance that they again and again have been providing us, and in particular yesterday for the Austrian evening. Thanks to the teams of Oleg, Dima & Katya and Elena from service, kitchen, and event management to be so professional and supportive despite of the bad news of 1 March. All my requests were met and over-fulfilled. Many many thanks!

Austrian evening

In an era of total alcohol fraud, it's nice to find a place where you can get a couple of slices of high-quality whiskey for a reasonable price, a couple of cappuccino cookies. Maybe because this is the home base for OSCE and Red Cross staff? But the entrance is free and the staff is welcoming.

I appreciate the excellent staff and the food and services. Internet connection is weak. Nice ambiance. Shopping malls are nearby. Great stay.  Food menu can be changed rather than keeping the same stuff. Less music sound.

My stay in Donetsk

The hotel is quite full of members of the OSCE mission in Ukraine, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Rooms are comfortable, bed mattresses and linens just about right, everything is kept very clean. Windows open for some air. Hotel restaurant has a good breakfast buffet, nice choices for dinner, including seasonal specials. Very friendly, helpful staff. If you need to be in Donetsk, a good place to overnight.

Busy, busy, but always pleasant

Since the beginning of the war in eastern Ukraine, the Park Inn has developed into a meeting place for international observers. OSCE, reporters from all over the world come down here. Rooms of good standard. Despite the shortages of supplies, the hotel keeps standards, kitchen, even if somewhat monotonous. The Internet is now good. Unfortunately, neither fitness nor sauna.

The hotel and its staff are great. The rooms are very nice, the breakfast is very convenient, food either at restaurant or room service was great. The staff were one of the best I have experience. I couldn't say enough about the staff.

Awesome Staff

It's a nice place for business meetings! It's located on a green boulevard and near the lake you can get your body up and running or walking. It's convenient to get in the car, hand-deliver to the market and supermarket, bright and spacious rooms. A variety of breakfast with fresh fruit, cheese, fish, not to mention meat dishes! A comfortable pillow bed, and quick wifi!

Great hotel, good rooms, great service, thanks to the hotel staff for their attention and feedback, nice young people, nice kitchen, nice waitresses, top-notch service.

I stayed at the hotel for a week. Despite the challenging situation in the region, the most favorable impressions were: quite spacious, interesting room design. Comfortable chairs, good bedding and towels. Excellent service. Very good breakfast - Swedish table, great choice for any taste.
