We visited the hotel for my birthday celebration. It is few minutes walk from Mall of the Emirates. The apartment-hotel has really huge apartments. We even received a free upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment. The hotel staffs are really friendly especially to Mark and Zaheer at the reception. Thank you for a stay well-spent!

Good stay

We were in the UAE for the first time. We were in the second half of February. The hotel was chosen by ourselves, the tourist agencies knew nothing about it. The main criteria for choosing the hotel were the price and location. Its price was completely paid off. It is located next to Mall of Emirates, respectively shops, metro station and bus stop within 3 minutes walk. Close to a few small markets where you can buy food, as well as small cafes. Breakfast in the hotel is good, we ate. The rooms were cleaned every day, changed bed linen and refilled tea set.

From winter to summer

It was an amazing experience and we had the best time ever especially with the help of the stuff in the hotel ( ElNoby) he is so professional and helpful, always giving the right information and providing the needed help. He made our experience even more fantastic. Many thanks to him and i will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Fabulous Experience 

We stayed for 5 nights at Time Dunes. We enjoyed our stay. Its minutes walk to the Mall of Emirates. Nazrul was very helpful and polite.
We had breakfsst included and it was better than I had expected. Buffet breakfast had so many choices and if you wanted something else they would cater for you.
Apartment was spacious and clean. Would defintely stay here again.
We just had a problem with room cards when they stopped working for 2 days in row and the hassle of going back down to reception and sorting it out. Overall good experience.

Great stay

The hotel is very close to the Mall of the Emirates which is its great advantage. There is a metro inside MOE as well. The rooms are clean but I would recommend the renovation. the hotel has a basement parking which is an advantage as well. the rooms are a bit dark.find or ask more on ig YasmineOfJuly

Near Mall of the Emirates stays in Dubai

The location is close to Mall Of The Emirates.Thanks to Roy,Nouby and Nazrul to give us excellent service, we are very enjoy and have lovely time  with Time Dunes Al Barsha and definitely will comeback to stay here in the near future. 

Very good service 

This is one of the best hotel apartment we stayed in. Room was large and spacious. The staff at the front desk (joy) was very friendly, helpful and professional.

The location is quite and its a walking distance to the Mall of Emirates.

Would definitely stay here again on our next staycation 😊


Excellent Hotel and staff

Welcome to the arrival, staff available, a nice lunch. We only had 5 people but there were 4 beds, thankfully the beds are big enough, the 3 children slept on the 2 beds we stuck together. Otherwise everything went well.

Hotel well located, outside the centre of Dubai. Access to the metro 1km away, which allows you to access any part of the city. Right next to the Mall of the Emirates, where there is the ski slope. Very quiet residential area. I stayed in a 1-room apartment. Incredibly large, with living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and huge room. Same sensations as being at home. Gymnasium and swimming pool available to guests. Full breakfast, with a variety of food, both Arabic and European. Recommended, both for business and family.

Perfect for visiting and working in Dubai.

At 6.58 a.m., from the yard under the window of my room, the deafening rustling of a pneumatic hammer (with the addition of a rambling, we are in the middle of very tall buildings): can you think of a worse wake? Later I complain to the kindest receptionist who replies that yes, two days before they were warned that they would call the police if it was repeated (two days earlier, so the warning didn't work!). In 4 nights that I said, twice I was awakened from the yard.
