very easy to find and the free parking to the rear was a bonus. The owners were so friendly and accommodating, happily spending time chatting to each guest to  establish their needs and help plan their visit to the area. Charlie the dog is definitely a extra who like his owners was very friendly and attentive. Whilst we only stayed one night on this occasion we would definitely book there again when up in the area.

Home from home

Lovely guest house in Aberdeen parking on site continenal breakfast lovely hosts very friendly and helpful. The whole guest house is immaculate beds are really comfortable blackout curtains were fab after a very long drive. Their dog Charlie was lush kids enjoyed playing with him. Will defiantly be back again 

Lovely family run guest house  close to centre 

Stayed here for 1 night for work. On my arrival, I was greeted by Kenny who appears to be the owner. Kenny was extremely polite and welcoming and nothing was a problem. The room was very spacious and spotless with modern decor.
A continental breakfast was included with a selection of cheese/ham/cereal which was more than enough for my stay. I’ll definitely be back there when visiting Aberdeen.

Very clean & welcoming.

This place was everything that we could have wished for our visitors from China. Very welcoming hosts, very clean, warm and accommodating and also very convenient for transport. The rooms are spacious, and our friends were able to feel at home here. Kenny and his wife are the perfect hosts and very helpful, and the continental breakfast is ideal. I would not hesitate to recommend the Granite City guest house to anyone visiting Aberdeen.

This place has everything you need and is continuously made even nicer!
It has a help-yourself kitchen / breakfast and the hosts are very nice and helpful.

Nice / easy-going B&B

well-stocked kitchen - breakfast to make yourself. Central location, free parking on the premises, Wi-Fi with good bandwidth. Rooms and bathrooms well furnished and clean and equipped with everything necessary. Shower not choked! Location on main road, sleep only with earplugs

Friendly and clean accommodation

We had a very warm welcome and were surprised by the friendly attitude of the two owners. The room was excellent value, spotlessly clean all we could have wanted.  The kitchen, complete with microwave, was made completely accessible at any time and the continental style breakfast was ideal for us.  Well done Kenny and his lovely wife.

Lovely, clean,cosy accomodation in a period home.

Excellent guest house. Visited for one night with work colleague. Both our rooms were spacious, recently refurbished and immaculate. Continental breakfast only,  but fresh fruit,  yoghurt,  toast available - more than enough. Parking at back was very handy. Landlord (Kenny) really friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend,  compared to paying over the odds for an inferior room in a chain hotel. 

Great B&B

Great find for working in Aberdeen lovely place friendly free parking. Kitchenette for use went to local coop for microwave meal heat it in kitchen large TV in kitchen enjoyed my stay if only for 1 night would definitely book again 

Close to city 

This guesthouse was a big and pleasant surprise. The structure seems to have been recently renovated, both in the common areas and in the facilities. The room we had was spacious and above all very clean and equipped with everything you can expect from a top-class hotel. In the back is a small private parking lot, but the adjacent street still has many free places. A separate speech deserves the owners who actually do everything to make you feel, not only at home but also part of the family. Breakfast is a time of socialization, with them and with the other guests. I don't know if we'll have a way back, but I hope this review can help other travelers try this guesthouse because it can be a rare experience.
