Great stay, great host, great wifi, great price! John was very welcoming and made sure I had everything that I needed. A well-maintained property. Very clean, great off-road parking. Nice and warm in the room!

Greeted on arrival by friendly and helpful owner. Comfortable, clean and well equipped room. Continental breakfast with extensive choice of items. Excellent location near the city centre with ample parking available.

Words Can't Describe How Lovely And Cosy This Guesthouse Is 10/10 Warm , Clean , Friendly, Peaceful And Close To The City Centre For Union Square Shopping Mall  The Room's Has Nice Comfy Beds , With Refrigerator, Large Television, Alarm Clock, Clothes Press And The Breakfast Is Delicious With Cereal, Toast etc, Always A Welcome Stay For Me 2 Nights Lovely And Peaceful In A Warm Cosy And Comfortable Bed .

A great B&B. Spacious, comfortable rooms with all the necessary facilities. So much choice for breakfast, it will set you up for the day. Off-road parking behind the house was a bonus for us. The location is fairly central, yet quiet with a couple of options for evening meals within 5 minutes walk. There are frequent buses from right outside the property.

John is a friendly and accommodating host. I highly recommend The Beeches. It is also great value for money.

I chose this B&B as it was located within easy reach of our destination for the afternoon/evening. It was easy to find with a great car parking facility. Our host was there to greet us, although I had previously received a code to get in as we had expected to arrive earlier than the booking in time, which was not considered an issue. Our host showed us the facilities for breakfast and generally oriented us to the property. The room had all that we required and everything was provided for a self-service continental breakfast. Our host was genial and chatted away during breakfast. I was there a friend on this occasion but would definitely stay again when in Aberdeen as it is close enough to the centre but without the noise of a central location when you are ready to settle down for the evening.

Definitely a must for future visits to Aberdeen

Well i have been here over 25 years and its not slipped in my estimate . it as it all good location , spacious rooms depending what you pick .
Family rooms if kids with you . John your host as been in the hospitality industry propagable too long but knows how to treat his guest that's why they return . 
No charging for wifi  , good parking , food close by . or you use dinninbg room for your delivered . 
This realy is great hotel reminded me why when next stop was Edinburgh expensive grubby and major chain lets forget that hotel begins with Travel.
This as everything more expensive hotels dont .but John go out his way .
Breakfast is very generous continental with espresso coffee or try deluxe hot chocolate .or maybe not never drink stuff but think had 3 one day ,Sorry .
if you like fish chips try short walk Ashfield book if can its buisy , or few doors away another good eatery forgot name . 
You will not be disappointed ,I have paid 4 x the price this not enjoyed but the beeches is great budget hotel .  I used beeches for years when I could have had top end hotels on expenses with work , because i love  it .my son rated him better than the towers in New York maybe little stretch but you will not be disappointed .
boring bits covid safe ,iron , tea coffee biscuits , fresh towels beding , tv lots ch , wifi free , coffee machine and other free drinks ,dinning room for take ways microwave  too many other items list as standard .

Excellent amenities, spacious room and John is an absolute gentleman who goes out of his way to take care of his guests. Really enjoyed the stay and the attention to detail from John was a refreshing change from the anonymity of chain hotels. Would highly recommend.

With being originally from Aberdeen now the Scottish Borders and passed the beeches more or less every day to work and wondered what the beeches was like... so a few years ago I had stayed at the Beeches For a few days and was very happy with the B&B as it was very clean back then!

Unfortunately we my dad and I had to come back to Aberdeen for a family funeral so I decided to book a couple of rooms for the night. 

Once again The Beeches has Been a good choice with good sized (and very clean) en-suite rooms and berry helpful staff!

I will carry on recommending The Beeches

It's a very clean and orderly structure, everything is perfectly arranged in its place. The owner is a very nice and very kind gentleman who explains every little thing to perfection. It takes about 15-20 minutes on foot to reach the main attractions of the Union Street area. All in all, it's really comfortable.
