We had a wonderful two night stay with Rodger in his fabulously, quirky, arty and unique guesthouse. A home from home, we were made so welcome by Rodger in this particularly tough time (coronavirus) The room was huge with an extremely comfie bed and lovely couch seating area. Due to the virus we decided to order food to our room where we could very comfortably sit, eat and watch tv. The guesthouse is in the centre of town with lots to see and do. Breakfast was served in Rodgers Bagel Bean resturant across the street. Best breakfast ever! Spotlessly clean and highly recommended.

Fantastic

Stayed at seven houses 14th / 15th December. We had a great time. It is right in the centre of Armagh, managed to park right outside (pay and display before 6pm, free on Sunday). Rooms full of character, honesty bar at entrance. Beds very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the Bagel and Bean was excellent.  Roger, the owner,  is so friendly, helpful and accommodating.  Would definitely book again next time we are in Armagh.  Diane & Eddie.

Fabulous place so central and so very chic and comfortable and  such a fantastic host who couldnt do enough for us...breakfast was the best we've had in a very long time would highly recommend a stay here

Weekend break

We really enjoyed our stay at VII Houses.  Roger was really friendly and helpful and the rooms are decorated beautifully. I definitely recommend staying at this accommodation which is within walking distance to everything in central Armagh.

Wonderful accommodation

We stayed for one night in 7 Houses and we will definitely be back. A totally unique guesthouse with an honesty bar and a welcoming host. Fixtures and fittings are eclectic to put it mildly. You could spend hours just wandering round the rooms inspecting the decor. Breakfast is served in Bagel Bean across the road and you won't need to eat for the rest of the day - massive portions and as much coffee as you can drink. Don't miss out on the orange juice. A very central location but book early as it seems to fill up quickly.

A hidden gem

We stayed here one night. Roger, the owner, we'll always take him to heart. A kindness and a welcoming out of town (find a host who calls you by name).

Feeling at home

I highly recommend staying at this guest house. It’s very central and you can easily park out the front with pay and display. Roger the owner was a brilliant host as well as being hardworking and entertaining. The room was spacious, quirkily decorated and comfy. The decor is slightly tired but this adds to the charm. The bagel bean bar across the road was where one has a delicious breakfast which is a great idea as much more interesting then staying in the hotel. Thank you Roger.

Wonderful comfortable stay

Stayed for 4 nights. great place, Great location. Breakfast at the bagel bean down the road included was a great surprise. Accomodation was spacious and very comfortable. Roger, the owner, was so nice and friendly we felt we were good friends when leaving.Would definitely recommend  to anyone and will be back again  ourselves.

Right in the centre of Armagh, easy walk to both Cathedrals. This was the most interesting place we stayed in during 2 weeks touring Ireland and with the most helpful proprietor.
We had a very good lunch and breakfast in the Bagel Bean cafe opposite which is also owned by the proprietor.

Very interesting Georgian town house and a very helpful proprietor.

Proprietor Roger couldn’t have been more helpful and nice (hardest working man in Armagh).  What the place lacks in modern amenities, it makes up for in character.  And breakfast at the Bagel Bean comes with the room and only one word describes it - outstanding.
