Thought we would book Premier inn as it known quantity, however disappointing,
Had to negotiate potholes at entrance each evening!!!

Family visit

A most enjoyable stay! The friendly staff were helpful and attentive. Comfortable room and bed with everything required to make the stay most enjoyable! Thank you!

Excellent Overnight Stay

The team were really helpful with rooms and service. One of them went out of the way to sort us a taxi as there were none available. Had a great stay! And late checkout, felt safe and helpful staff, a would stay again was real so ably cheap. Very laid back and helpful! 10/10

Premier inn Bathgate

Easter break fast with the family was brilliant. The kids enjoyed getting a little chocolate egg for a treat after their breakfast. Teresa was very pleasant and professional. Couldn’t do anymore for us. Anything running low was topped up immediately.  Will definitely be back.

The personal was really helpful. They reserved for our big group a space for breakfast in the restaurant. Even on Easter they offered to the kids Easter eggs. They were always checking if the food was OK and enough for all the guests.

Great Hotel for a rest after a long day of touring.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel, they even managed to get us in early so we could get ready! Can’t really comment on the carvery next door as we didn’t eat there due to us being at the wedding. We also woke up too late to stop for breakfast but the staff we met seemed really nice.

The Breakfast Room Hostess, Theresa, was such a joy to meet and the most helpful person we've met since we left Belfast.  She wisely suggested we not to drive to Edinburgh, because of the traffic & parking problems; & suggested we take the train & then gave us the information we needed to get to the train; which also allowed my husband time to relax and enjoy the ride, since he's been driving since we got to the UK.  The next morning we met another couple who had made the mistake of driving & just validated what we'd found out.  That bit of advice and another comfortable room with good food for breakfast has sold us on Premier Inns.


Helpful People at Premier Inn Bathgate

Really enjoyed our stay. All the staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast offered was very good and we felt value for money. Room was clean and comfortable and there wasn’t much noise during the night.

Only slight issue we had was getting my wife in and out of the bathroom in her wheelchair. Found the threshold to be rather high.

Great stay at a good hotel

Not that I've been "inside", but this Premier Inn is noting short of shocking. It looks like a prison from the outside and continues the theme once inside your room. 

This hotel would benefirt from either a comprehensive refurbishmnet or demolition. I'v estayed in Premier Inn's up and down the country and this is the absoliute worst by a country mile. Avid. Unless you want to feel like an inmate.
