The previous reviewers have summed up so perfectly the location, decor & facilities of the suites at Ty Anne !! 
No need for me to repeat it all ! 
Briefly though Ty Anne is clean & luxurious, beautifully decorated & furnished but homely & comfy, just absolutely perfect !! 
Everything has been thought of for a unique & comfortable stay. 
Jean & Lisa are the loveliest hosts, kind & helpful & it was my pleasure to have met them ! 
They are experienced & accomplished hosts who make you feel so at home. 
I stayed for 2 nights , visiting to pick up my daughter from Uni. 
Left my husband at home holding the fort so I had the whole suite to myself ! Bliss !!! 
But imagine it would be perfect also for a couple ! 
The suite is stunning & the views across the water are magical. 
Watching the early morning light, catch the water , sitting on a cosy chair with a cuppa was beautiful ! 
I have visited Beaumaris before, it’s a very special place in the world.

Outstanding

Beautifully decorated and appointed suite of rooms and charming hosts. This is not a bed and breakfast but a cooler is provided with fresh milk, water provided  and room for bringing your own fruit and yoghurt . There is coffee and tea making facilities and fresh pastry provided each morning along with crockery and cutlery so a simple breakfast can be had in your suite or you are a couple of minutes walk from multiple places providing breakfast including on Sundays. 

Both suites are on first and second floors so perhaps not the best if you have mobility issues. 

There is free parking outside so it's easy to park and leave car for a weekend and enjoy the town on foot. 

The views across the water are stunning and binoculars are provided to enjoy the view in better detail. 

Hosts made excellent suggestions for eateries very close by.

Where to start….
Ty Anne is a truly stunning guest house, overlooking the sea. The hosts, Jean and Lisa are the warmest and most welcoming people you’ll ever meet. Jean has an amazing gift for interior design. Her attention to detail is incredible. The house has a lot of soul and feels like a warm hug.
We were given some high quality goodies on our arrival and this sense of high quality runs right through the guest house. Nothing is too much trouble. The bed was a joy to sleep in and we got some quality rest. Sitting by one of the windows and looking out across the water to Snowdonia National Park is breathtaking. The town of Beaumaris is a little gem, packed with little shops and lots of cafes and restaurants. No tat shops here and no high street chains (just a Spar and a Fat Face). Lots of local crafts and quality food shops. Highly recommend this magical place. We so enjoyed our 3 night stay, just wish it had been longer… 😆

A Very Special Place x

Having moved house recently, with boxes still piled high, and countless diy to be cracking on with- you could say I was ridiculously rash in booking a couple of nights at the Ty Anne in Beaumaris.
I felt however, that my wife and I needed a break, 

We stayed in the 2nd floor suite, a suite consisting of lounge, bedroom and en-suite bathroom. It was lovely. Beach themed  (well you are by the sea!) and wonderfully cosy.
There are superb views over the sea, towards Snowdonia and it’s mountains. You’ll have no complaints about the accommodation. 

Beaumaris, with its beach and little shops,  is the perfect base for exploring Anglesey, and Ty Anne is at its heart. We love the island and we’ve  visited several times previously, but what made it so special this time was that this was the first time we have stayed at the Ty Anne.
Jean and Lisa, are without doubt the loveliest hosts you will ever meet. We used the term ‘hosts’ loosely, because we didn’t feel like ‘guests’ - instead for a few special days we felt like family.  Thank you

Wonderful escape.

Only had two nights here and wish we could have stayed for longer. Fabulous welcoming hosts where nothing was too much trouble. Room was fantastic with spectacular views over the strait. Nice 5 minute stroll into town. Would love to go again.

Wonderful stay

A gorgeous suite of rooms in this extremely fine town house with direct sea views.  The owners are so welcoming and friendly and make you feel like nothing is too much trouble.  They have thought of everything in the rooms  and the decoration is individual and extremely comfortable.  We slept beautifully and very much appreciated the central location.  This is a truly special place to stay and is run by people who genuinely care about their guests.

A truly special experience

Fantastic location just metres from the Menai Strait with picturesque views across to Snowdonia, Ty Anne is the perfect location to stay in Beaumaris. 

Jean and her daughter Lisa are the perfect hosts we could not have wished for more friendly genuine owners. 

The property has two suites one on each floor with a large lounge on the ground floor. 

We stayed in the first floor suite comprising a sitting room with LCD TV that had SkyQ and Netflix, comfortable settee, chair and cooler.  Spacious and tastefully decorated bedroom and large bathroom with both bath and seperate shower .

The property comes with Free access to fast fibre Broadband.

Ty Anne is an Oasis away from home made even better by the amazing owners  nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel at home

Perfect Stay

Just returned from a fantastic week's stay at Ty Anne Guest House, Beuamaris. We were on the 2nd floor suite with fantastic views across Menai Strait to Snowdonia. Jean & Lisa were so welcoming and knowledgeable and were able to tell us the best places to visit and eat at. The accommodation was perfect and beautifully decorated, with Beaumaris being the perfect location to visit Anglesey and North Wales. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Place to Stay

Stayed for a couple of nights the b and b is absolutely beautiful. It has a lovely little lounge with lovely views. The owners are friendly and helpful. Beaumaris is a lovely little town with a few pubs and restaurants. We will definitely be back and would love to stay here again. 


Beautiful place to stay 

We can not fault this lovely little guesthouse. The owner, Jean, her daughter, Lisa, her other daughter, Emma, and Jean's lovely grandson were wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Ty Anne is very homely and the guesthouse is beautiful. Very spacious, and looks like it has been done by an interior designer! We stayed in the top suite with excellent views of the sea. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was large with a bath and a shower with beautiful little signs dotted around adding the extra touch. The lounge was cosy with excellent views of the sea. The cooler was brilliant with milk, chocolates and biscuits left for us. A wonderful, calm oasis. We recommend this wonderful guesthouse and will definitely return. Even Edgar the dragon gives a thumbs up.  :)
